This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 2 car gargage home has been completely renovated through out the winter. All new carpet up and down, painted inside and out, new gas fireplace, porch has all new windows with tongue and groove cedar plus a new 10ft x 12 ft cedar deck off the upper porch, additional futon down stairs for more sleeping space. Mille Lacs 3bdrm home quiet bay w/lg level yard to dock. 3 season porch w/beautiful views & large deck for family gatherings. New King size bed! New Queen size Sleep Number bed, Kayaks, NEW COCKTAIL STYLE VIDEO GAME, NEW Foosball Table, SLEEPS 8 plus. Lots of movies & board games. 2 car detached garage for your boats, ATV's, Snowmobiles, car/truck. Close to Soo Line Trail and more!!!

Amazing!!!

It was a great place to stay and experience the lake view we had! During the time of our stay the lake was calm it looked like glass. Overall our experience was immaculate. Would highly recommend to newcomers looking for a great place to stay children to adults!

Great lakefront space

7 adults shared this home for a 4 day weekend and it was perfect! Plenty of space for sleepers, night owls and meals It worked great to have 3 full bathrooms and plenty of gathering space as well. The kitchen was stocked very well with dinnerware, cookware and spices Thanks for providing a home just as advertised!

Perfect family stay

Yearly Mille Lacs fishing trip

Highly recommended! Loved every aspect of the home and property. Lake views were amazing and the home was well equipped and many extras. Property owners were the kindest and always available.

Family trip

Stayed for 4 days and even though the weather wasn’t amazing to be outside, the cabin had so much that we could enjoy inside! host was terrific and made everything so easy. Made our family trip amazing! Place looks even better than the pictures showed!

Our friends stayed

My wife and I did not make the trip. We both got sick the day before we were suppose to leave and had to stay home. Our friends went and stayed at the property. We've heard no complaints from them so we assume all was good. Sorry I have nothing else to report.

Nice house on the lake

We stayed for five days this past week. The house is easy to find, and was very clean. Pretty much as described. We enjoyed the proximity to the two small towns nearby. I highly recommend the bowling alley and Pizza! The only issue we had, which was pretty significant for the ladies in the group, was that the water smelled so foul. I called the owner, who was always very responsive, and he explained that it is city water, and in years of a drought, this can happen. That’s too bad as it did make the experience so much less enjoyable, but other than that, we really enjoyed the trip and the lake area and the home. Hopefully the smelly water situation is just a rare occurrence and we had bad luck.

Welcoming and cozy

We felt welcomed immediately! The cabin was very inviting and the view of the lake amazing. There was 3 of us up in Isle for the RURAL music festival and this place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfy, kitchen stocked with all the dish necessities and communication with Tim was easy as he was reachable by text. We had an amazing stay!!

Perfect family getaway

The host was incredibly generous with their property and toys for the water, kayaks, SUP, life jackets galor! Tons of fun to be had! Great location on the water with a dock to tie up our boat. The host was great with communication and incredibly timely responses! They also provided plenty of inside entertainment as well! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the movies and games, and so did the adults! They ensured a great stay for out family

turn key rental

Very thoughtful host kept items well stocked and clean. Cabin was in a convenient location to run to town, go to nearby state park, and sheltered from the big waves of the lake. Spacious yard to play games, and plenty of parking onsite.

Very impressed!!!

We are so happy we chose to stay here! The house was very spacious and the property was beautiful with a nice big yard and wonderful views of the lake. We also enjoyed having Father Hennepin State Park right next door. They have a big sandy beach with sand volleyball and a breathtaking view of Lake Mille Lacs. Tim was a great host! He was always quick to reply and very helpful with any questions we had! The only reason I give it a 4 star is because of the smell of the tap water. It made taking a shower a little unenjoyable but it definitely wouldn't keep us from staying here again someday. Thank you Tim for sharing your beautiful lake house with us!!!

Wonderful Time!!

Was a great time. Enjoyed the deck and being in the lake. Love all the space this place has. The only down fall is all the steps. We are a bunch of older gals, some with knee issues. Still enjoyed our stay. The game room was a nice remembrance.

Disapointing

For what we paid it was ok at best, the water stinks bad and the windows were so dirty you could not get a clear view. because of the style of heating and air conditioning one room was cold the others were warm. Duct tape holding some of the screen room windows in. For me the two flights of stairs were disappointing had to have others carry my bag up the steps.

Amazing house, amazing property, amazing owner. Owner was fabulous to work with. My sister's family and mine go on vacation every year together. This was by far our most favorite house. Can't wait to go back.

Retreat that can't be beat!

Our family rented the property for a second time, and like the first, our stay was tops. Tim thinks of everything. The house on Mille Lacs is a wonderful place to relax and reconnect with family and friends. Highly recommend!

Spent $90 out of pocket, for what was supposed to be included

Overall the property was nice. Best part of the property were the neighbors on both sides. We were told he would supply all firewood. After one night we were out of wood. Had to buy wood from kind neighbor Paul for $60. 3rd night ran out of propane for flattop griddle. Spare bottle provided had a bad valve. Had to go into town to exchange tank. Costing $28. Property owner said he would reimburse and now 2 weeks later says he won’t pay until we give a good review. I guess I can live without the $28.

Great property + amenities

My family & I had a wonderful time here as there was so much to do for our 8 night stay between kayaking, paddle board, bike, walk, simply relax on the awesome patio with the beautiful lake view, etc. The house was equipped with what we needed. We would certainly stay here again!
