When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. âWe booked our room last minute for a one night stopover from wintering in Florida. What a great room which actually was a well fitted 1 bedroom apt. So clean. Such nice amenities. We even had a secure parking spot with our bikes. Great location, a few blocks from King street. Would love to return!! â

"Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. However if you are looking for a good nights sleep donât book this hotel. The walls are as thin as paper and if your neighbor is having a normal conversation it is like they are in your room, you even hear if they are watching tv. Roomservice starts knocking on the door at 8 in the morning and since it is so noisy all the rooms hear it. "
