PREMIER ISLE OF PALMS VACATION RENTAL HEM!

Nya ägare har uppgraderat inifrån och ut! Detta är ett av de mest lyxiga hemmen på Isle of Palms.

Tack för att du tänker på 814 Carolina Boulevard för din kommande semester på Isle of Palms. Vi är säkra på att du kommer att få en underbar vistelse och hoppas att vi ses nästa år! Vårt mål är att säkerställa fullständig tillfredsställelse och uppmuntra upprepade besökare.

Detta hus har en privat pool och bifogade spa. Spa används för barnpool på grund av bestämmelser om uppvärmning av skuld. Den privata poolen har både täckta och avtäckta områden. Det finns en utomhusgrill, Sonos Whole Home Audio - styrbar av hyresgästens iPhone! Helt ny 59 "platt-TV i vardagsrummet och 5 andra plattskärms-TV i hela hemmet! Detta hem har också Commercial Grade WiFi höghastighetsinternet tjänster (Internet-tjänster garanteras inte att arbeta med din utrustning).

Det finns till och med ett BUZZOFF Insect repellent system. Hela utsidan av hemmet har emittrar som sprayar alla naturliga flygande insektsmedel!

På bottenvåningen i hemmet finns en privat svärmor med fullt bad och pentry av sviten. Denna privata svit har en queen size-säng och platt-tv.

På Main (2: a våningen) finns en formell matsal med plats för 8, ett gästrum med 2 tvillingar, ett annat gäst sovrum med en Twin över Full våningssäng och ett enormt gourmet kök komplett med rostfria vitvaror, granit bänkskivor, Butlers pantry, High-end barstolar och extra matplats för 8 personer! Denna våning har också det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet med generöst sittplatser och en helt ny 59 "plattskärms-TV! Utflykt till den stora verandaen härifrån och utsikt över poolen och grunderna.

På 3: e våningen finns 2 gästrum med en queen size-säng och en ny platt-TV. Master-sviten är också på denna nivå. Master badrummet har bubbelbadkar, dubbla fåfängligheter och stor duschkabin med regndusch duschhuvud. Befälhavaren har egen privat utträde till 2: a skärmen veranda.

På 4: e och översta våningen finns en våt bar och enorma öppna däck som har enastående utsikt över Atlanten.

Hemmet ligger mellan 8 och 9 Avenue, vilket gör det bara 5 minuters promenad till centrala Isle of Palms där du kan njuta av affärer, restauranger, barer och Front Beach nattliv.

Isle of Palms Beach ligger 2 minuters promenad till sand.

Much older than we thought. Arrived with fire alarm chirping and were told to take care of it ourselves. There was no working coffee pot which we found out on Thanksgiving morning when all the stores were closed. Notified maintenance number and never received a response. Pool and hot tub were freezing, elevator didn’t work and heating was very inconsistent with hot and co areas. Disappointed! We left a day early!!!!!

This house it beautiful, so well appointed, it literally has everything you could possibly need. The property manager is spot on with any questions or anything problems at all. The only thing we could recommend is that the pool and the hot tub be heated all of the time and not have to pay extra for it. We didn't realize that it wasn't included and had to get it turned on, but again Alec, the property manager was so responsive and helpful.

Such an incredible stay. Other than a few Palmetto bugs, which I imagine are a staple of the area and not reflective of the cleanliness of this house, the stay was perfect. The whole time we stayed, we talked about coming back next year. The management team was on point with anything we needed. We never quite figured out the pool/spa heat, but that was mostly user error (and we honestly didn’t need it). Kitchen was amazing. Rooms were big. Plenty of space for my family and friends ranging from infant to elderly. Honestly, this property is 9.5/10.

The house is great and it is in a fantastic location- very close to beach entry and short walk to the pier area with ice cream and restaurants. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was a problem with the toilet in one half bath, but management company was responsive and a plumber came and fixed it quickly.

Excellent accommodations and location. Very close to the beach and shops. The house was perfect for our needs, and the elevator helped with moving all our stuff in and out. We did find trash around the pool when we arrived, and supplies for 10 people quickly ran out. We needed to buy dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. That said, we had a great visit, and we all loved the house.

The house was fantastic. We had way more room than we needed for our party of five. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property manager was extremely helpful and always responded quickly to my questions. I would not hesitate to book again.

Spacious and close to everything

Perfect for a week with the family. Lots of places to gather with each other including a spacious kitchen. A living room area on each floor if you want some quiet time. Lots of outdoor spaces to gather including a pool and a roof top deck.The elevator is convenient for loading and unloading the car. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous!

The property was exactly as described! We were pleasantly surprised with the pool size and depth - the pictures don't do it justice. We traveled with extended family, ages ranging from 9 to 70s and we all had a blast! The location is perfect, just a couple minute walk to the public beach and about a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants.

Disappointed visit to IOP

House was not well cleaned when we checked in at 3:15, I’m not a clean freak but this was unacceptable. No towels or soap provided in the half baths, do you not wash your hands after using the toilet? There were no tissues provided in the house for people who have a cold or allergies. No closet in the primary bedroom or the apartment/mother in law suite downstairs, but armoires were there. There were no oven racks in top oven called Alec and he said to check the pantry, one rack was there to use. Grill has to be lit with a lighter, not very safe. The dryer vent is broken so lint as well as smaller items can fall down again not real safe with a buildup this can cause a fire. No extra hand soap for the kitchen which we did provide. The four slice toaster, only one side worked and the replacement microwave looks quite janky, really cheapened it out with such a small microwave. Information about days trash and recycling are to be picked up as well as when thpool and landscaping companies come. The music was nice to have and dishwasher and stove worked fine. We owned a 6 bedroom 7 bath home on HHI and didn’t charge this price but provided a good deal more amenities. As for the island it’s not very biking/walking friendly there are no designated paths, better than Gulf Shores but not much. The people weren’t the friendliest actually seemed somewhat snooty; thankful for the opportunity to realize this place isn’t for us and such a shame because we so love Charleston.

This is the perfect place for a large family to vacation together with multiple areas to hangout. The pool is great and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The host responds quickly with any questions you might have.

Delightful family reunion experience

Eleven family members from ages 20 to 83 gathered from around the globe. We toured Charleston’s unique historic sites and enjoyed catching up with one another. This property gave us an excellent home base that allowed privacy and connection with convenience and comfort. .

Great house/location but missing some essential five star items.

This review is hard to write because it truly was a beautiful house and most importantly, a stellar location. Yet, for the crazy price ($12,000+ for six nights — lost one day for hurricane) we missed some essentials items which is why I’m giving this review four stars. 1. Property managers were GREAT — called prior to be bad weather, tried to help us. Responded immediately once we arrived due to beds not being made and pool needed cleaning because of storm. 2. Cleaning crew - very surface (wiped stuff down, no real deep clean - disappointing). Mushroom growing in window, dust/food particles under couch. 3. Supplies - for such a big house, one would expect many trash bags, cleaning supplies (so we can keep house clean), soap, dishwasher tabs, laundry tabs would have been provided. Nope, literally 2 of each. It’s really odd as they required us to wash, dry and fold beach towels back. This to me is a basic service where we would receive anywhere and the fact they cheaped out on supplies made it a tad painful especially with little ones running amuck. 4. Odd placement of the kids room - not a big issue but they placed both on the hang out floor with the kitchen (consider moving upstairs so little ones can sleep while family still hangs out). 5. Hot tub/sauna not included in house price As I said, beautiful house and most importantly, prime location. However, for the price we paid and a few items to be amiss, I cant give them a five star rating.

Everything about the property was as advertised. The pool was large and we all enjoyed it. Lots of bathrooms was a plus. Master bedroom was awesome. Kitchen very adequate for our group. Elevator was an absolute plus.

Classic Home

If you want to be with your family, but not on top of each other, this home is perfect for you. We were there with seven adults and three children. Our daughter and her husband and their two year old toddler stayed in the mother-in-law suite. They traveled with a lot of stuff and it was perfect for loading and unloading. The other two granddaughters enjoyed the bunkbeds. All other bedrooms nicely appointed. Though very very close to the ocean, the pool made it nice when the toddler was napping. The pool is partially shadowed in the late afternoon, so we all could play without fear of being burned by the sun. Amenities galore. Beautiful doors… kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets we needed. No one ever had to wait for the bathroom. Morning coffee great on screened porches.
