När du går in på andra våningen kommer du att känna rymden med höga tak och öppen planlösning. Du kommer omedelbart att märka en pool på däcknivå precis vid vardagsrummet och matsalen. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har vardera stora fönster och skjutdörrar som omger poolområdet, vilket gör att alla kan vara bortsett från alla poolaktiviteter, vare sig inom eller utanför. Ligger bara 2 kvarter från stranden och några steg från Isle of Palms Marina kommer du att älska den mycket privata trädkantade trädgården. Detta är ett fantastiskt hem med fantastiskt öppet utrymme, det är en underbar oas för familjer att samlas. Sex sovrum och sex badrum, en hiss som servar alla nivåer; från garaget till taket. För ytterligare underhållning, i garaget (bottenvåningen på första våningen) finns ett ping pong-rum plus ett underhållningsrum på tredje våningen med en stor platt-TV och våt. Det finns ett stort gourmetkök med apparater på kocknivå och det finns en rymlig köksö med frukostbar. Matsalen med en annan våt bar har ett stort matbord för stora familjemåltider. We arrived after hours but it was easy to get the gate code from the realty office.The house was spacious with plenty of room for the 12 of us. The children enjoyed the ping pong table especially.

Cute house in a perfect location

My friends and I stayed here during a bachelorette trip and we had the best time! The house is perfectly located near shops, restaurants, and the beach! My only complaint is that we had 2 different maintenance men show up and the property manager did not warn us of them coming to fix things.

The kitchen was perfect for big family meals, the kids loved their rooms, the pool and the ping pong room. We loved that we could walk or take the golf cart to the beach and dock. Plenty of parking for large vehicles and the elevator made moving luggage easy. WiFi was a little spotty for streaming but not a big deal. Would definitely stay again!

The pool was cleaned the second day we were there and honestly had no issues! I would rent this house again! The only thing I would say is that guests would have to bring beach towels since there aren’t any in the house.

Elevator gave us some issues but the staff was right on it. A few things were missing like extra blankets, front Kirchhoff chairs and a few other things but no biggie. A great house for multiple people to have space.

My grandsons appreciated the upstairs entertainment area as well as the ping pong room on the ground floor. Island Realty were responsive in handling the couple issues and questions. We rented a golf cart and used the beach access at 42nd street.

Reviewer Comments: We LOVED the pool, it's small, we felt like the 3 bears - It was Juuuuussssttt right!The internet SUCKS for those of us that have a "working vacation" this was BADThe elevator is a challenge and directions not followed EXACTLY will result in a non-working transport.EXTRA HOOKS NEEDED - We're at the beach, there's lots of WET STUFF that needs a place to dry, rather than draping over random chairs and railings.A Handicap railing in the shower would be welcome and in some cases NECESSARY. USB ports in the are needed in the outlets, it's a quick/easy swap and would upgrade the unit by far! EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GREATExcellent A/CKitchen was okay, the island in the middle was amazing and if there's one thing... it could've used an extra fridge! (not an extra oven or extra dishwasher that didn't work anyway)Beds/bedrooms/bathrooms - EXCELLENTLiving space - PERFECTWe LOVED it. We'll be back!

Needs some repair work done. The property is beat up in quite a few rooms. One of the twin beds is super squeaky. I believe the gutters are clogged as their was a flush of water into the pool every couple of minutes all day and night long.

It is very spacious, has plenty of dishes, glasses, pots/pans, etc. It is a short walk one way to the Marina and the other way to the beach. The deck pool is small but no one seems to mind. There is also a ping pong room on the garage level which the teenagers enjoy. We plan to rent this again next year.
