Denna förtjusande förhöjda stranden stuga har nyligen renoverats och byggts ut. Och det är r��tt tv��rs över gatan fr��n de vackra str��������nderna i Isle of Palms! Den 2150 kvadratmeter hem har en full längd Uteplats, vardagsrum, matplats och ett rymligt, v�������������������������lutrustat kök med nya vitvaror. Det finns fyra sovrum och en charmig kr��������kbo som även fungerar som ett femte sovrum. Det finns två badrum, varav en ��r helt ny och har en rymlig badkar och vacker duschkabin. Allt detta och en tv�������ttstuga p������ huvudniv���������n. Sovrum inkluderar tv�������������� king size-s��ngar, en hel säng och tre enkelsängar. The house and layout were exactly what my family needed. The outdoor showers and foot wash were perfect for adults and the litttle ones! Right across the street from the beach and a block from a great playground. It was an amazing stay!

Property was great but could have used extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels for a 5 bedroom house. House had 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags for a 5 day stay. There are also no staple pantry items stocked in the house. No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. No beach chairs.

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect and the sleeping spaces accommodated all in our party. We loved the front porch and the spacious living space. It would have been nice to have one more bathroom for 8 people but we made it work.

I had dreamed of renting a home near the ocean for years. I worried the trip may not live up to my expectations. There was no reason for concern. I wanted a house that was charming and beachy and just rustic enough to feel cozy. Check! I wanted a house that offered a quick walk to the beach. Check! I wanted a house that offered the 2 families travelling together some privacy, along with places to be altogether. Check! I am very particular with the cleanliness of places I stay, so I wanted somewhere I didn't have to clean before settling in. Check! What friendly people checked me in at Island Realty! I was not at all disappointed. The entire rental experience exceeded my expectations! I would certainly come back to the same house again. It was lovely!

I loved the great room for hanging out and the flow of the place. The ceiling fans kept us nice and cool and the couches and beds were all comfortable. Fitted sheets on the king sized bed would have been a real plus and some of the beach chairs were broken and rusty, but other than that, no complaints!
