När din semester kräver b��ttre än det bästa, är vi redo att välkomna dig till 3 39th Avenue! En helt ny byggnad som ligger bara några steg från Atlantic Beach. Hemmet erbjuder en rymlig, familjevänlig, en gång i livet livlig strandflykt till South Carolina Coast. Vi inbjuder dig att göra livsminnen på den vackra Isle of Palms!

Hemmet har moderna möbler med anpassade detaljer, som en handgjord ostraspeis med monterad 80 ”TV och Sonos surroundljudhögtalarsystem.  Det öppna konceptet vardagsrum, kök och matplatser är fulla av naturligt ljus och idealiska för både underhållande och avkopplande. Det vackert uppdaterade köket innehåller ett klädkammare och bänkskivor för kvarts. Precis utanför det viktigaste vardagsrummet finns ett stort uteplatsdäck med utsikt över poolområdet, vilket ger det perfekta utrymmet för en utomhusmåltid.

Huset innehåller sex sovrum. Sovrum nr 1 och sovrum # 2 har vardera en king size-säng, privat badrum och platt-TV. Det tredje sovrummet (sovrum nr 3) har en king size-säng och en queen size-säng, som ger gott om sovplats och ett privat badrum och TV.  Det fjärde sovrummet (sovrum nr 4) innehåller en king size-säng, privat badrum och TV. Det femte sovrummet är den anmärkningsvärda master sviten (sovrum # 5). Den har en stor king size-säng med TV och sittgrupp. Det rymliga privata badrummet har en fristående badkar, expansiv duschkabin och dubbla fåfänga. Kolla också in det stora däck som är fäst vid sovrummet och njut av en bra bok i svängsängen. Slutligen har sovrum # 6 tre enkelsängar med två rullar och ett privat badrum. Ett bra område för barn eller tonåringar!

Utomhusområdena är definitivt höjdpunkten i hemmet! Lounge vid den privata poolen och bubbelpoolen eller njut av utsikten och vindarna från ett av de övre däcken! Trädgården är en privat oas, perfekt för utomhusunderhållning. Njut av AstroTurf-gården och spela en omgång cornhole.

Nice house - lacking amentities expected at a high price point

The home is beautiful and the availability of parking was great. At this price point the some basic amenities should be available. Door handles need to be repaired on the 4th floor and elevator door 3rd floor. The 3rd floor - the bathroom in the middle bath has a loose toilet handle, the TV does not work and the remote is broken. Other remotes were broken too but not sure about the other TV's. The beds bedding and towels were OK. The convenience of a bathroom for each bedroom was GREAT! The sliding glass door in the living room is very hard to maneuver and the stops for the door are not installed correctly. The kitchen needs some spatulas and better pans. We cooked a lot and the quality at this price point was disappointing. some of the plastic cups seemed to "melt" or crack in the dishwasher. There were very few basic glass glasses. There was no trash pickup and bins were almost full before we got there - it was an issue with the smell and flies. The pool was fantastic! The construction next door was disappointing and we should have been warned about it. We did enjoy the stay - but overall I would not give 5 stars due to price point and broken amenities.

Adult Family Beach Trip

Perfect size for our family beach trip, good kitchen and gathering areas, very close to beach but a pretty peaceful corner lot. Minor property concerns were taken care of immediately.

The property looks OK at first glance but a closer look shows stained and damaged upholstery, shoddy construction etc. Other things like a filthy grill and remotes without batteries or with dead ones etc. Internet not great. Shut off multiple times per day. Also, not disclosed, was that there is a construction project going on next door. Check whether it is completed before renting, otherwise you'll feel like you're staying in a shooting range. Property manager initially lied about the situation; later admitted the truth. Thankfully, the construction crew didn't show up for most of our stay; otherwise my rating would have been even lower. While they gave us some discount to address the construction noise, I would rather it had been disclosed up front, so we could have chosen some place else. In sum, this place was just not of the quality of our prior Vrbo rentals, especially given the price.

Wedding Party

House was great, very clean. We had a large group for a wedding party and it was the perfect location for everyone, with such a close walk to the beach. It was very spacious and fit everyone. Great spot for a large group!

Perfect house for our group of 12 celebrating our 50 year college reunion. Spacious, clean and a great location for beach access. Having a private room and bathroom for each couple is a must. We wouldn’t hesitate to return there again.

Super nice house has everything.

So many wonderful features, pool and covered deck area, three levels of decks overlooking the pool, huge kitchen/family room area, nice size bedrooms all with nice bathrooms, close to the beach, Sonos sound system for pool and family room, ,all nicely decorated giving you a new house feeling. The sweet grass managers were very anxious to correct anything that needed attention. They have thought of everything!

It was fabulous. Everyone had a great vacation. I hesitate to say anything negative but both dishwashers ended up not working & had to hand wash dishes as we left. The girls complained about the shampoo & conditioner. The bathroom toilet on the second floor bedroom (in the middle) didn’t always flush properly. Tank sometimes didn’t fill. The decorating was very nice, details of the house were impressive. Very happy with our choice. Thank you.

Great Long Weekend Stay

My group of friends had a great time at the property over the course of 4 days. The house is as described and the layout, amenities, and space were all tremendous. Great location near the beach, with a good amount of privacy. The house had plenty of sleeping space and great furniture for relaxation.

Great Girls Weekend

We had a great time at this property. The house is out of this world beautiful and has very nice amenities. The rental staff were responsive and helpful. The first five minutes I was there i was disappointed we weren’t staying the entire week! Excellent choice for our girls weekend.

Great home away from home for the holidays!

We had 9 family members gather for Christmas and this was the perfect house! We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was pretty well outfitted with cookware, dishes and appliances. I always bring my knife sharpener on vacation, but the knives in the kitchen didn’t need sharpening. You should know, however, if you are going to ship packages definitely have them sent to the realtor’s office. The post office does not deliver to this address. Even if you send via UPS, they have a contract with USPS and once UPS delivers to the PO, the PO will return the package to sender and not deliver it. This caused a slight problem since it was Christmas but as long as you know not to send packages to the house you will have no problem. We will consider renting this great house in the summer. The pool was nice and the area around the pool was awesome.

Perfect Isle of Palms Getaway!

Everything at this house was perfect from start to finish. We even had a tiny issue with the fridge, and we were assured it wouldn’t persist or our groceries would be reimbursed. The house seems like it was plucked directly out of Southern Living. The pool, the distance to the beach, the accommodations for 11 women, it was all perfection. We will certainly recommend this home to others and will hopefully be back again!! Thank you!!

Beautiful Home, but....

3 39th Avenue is a beautiful home! There are so many things about the property that make it an ideal place to enjoy the wonderful Isle of Palms. The house was great for the most part, but at +12k for the week, we didn’t expect anything other than the beautiful, spacious, well stocked place that it was. The outdoor area was a delight, the buggy to tote our things to the beach, which was a very short walk, was most welcome, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The ice machine was a bonus as was having the coffee grinder since we forgot to grind ours at Costco. Overall, the house was all we expected. However, there are a couple of things that did not meet our expectations - and although the property manager addressed them as soon as he could - there was a level of unexpected inconveniences. The pool filter breaking, while no one’s fault, meant the family couldn’t use the hot tub and while we were able to swim, we did decide if it had gone on longer than it did, we would not be swimming in an unfiltered pool. The next day we couldn’t use the pool nor hot tub until noon, Thursday. Additionally, the a/c unit issue we had where the top two floors were very uncomfortable for two nights made for a couple of very restless nights for the seven of us on those floors. And tonight as I was getting the master tub ready to bathe my toddler grandson, there was no hot water.

Terrific property located close to the beach and Wild Dunes

The property was great and well located near both the beach and also the Wild Dunes tennis and golf facilities. The house is updated and in terrific condition. The only issue to be aware of is there is no ice in the kitchen refrigerator so you do need to make a trip to the garage ice maker occasionally but in the end that was not a big issue.

The house is beautiful and was perfect for our large group of adults and kids. The pool was a lovely way to cool down after a day at the beach. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!

Gorgeous architectural details and exceptional amenities

This home has all high end finishes and is in a wonderful location with the beach access right across the street. If you will be cooking in the kitchen, be sure to bring a few extra pots & pans. The pool is beautiful, however you'll be removing leaves constantly since it sits under several trees. Fortunately, a skimmer is provided. The outdoor shower and extra bathroom on the pool deck is the BEST amenity in the house. Its the perfect space for cleaning your beach items and yourself with warm water before jumping into the pool. The bedding in every room is wonderful and having extra parking spaces and air conditioning that worked really well, even on the top floor, was a treat. The built in bed area on the top floor is so special and unique. Each bed space has a nook for belongings, including a light and USB ports. However, the WIFI throughout the house was VERY spotty. Our biggest disappointment was the condition of the home upon arrival (mold in all the showers, scattered pool tools, dirty porches and a broken ice machine, closet door and garbage drawer). I called housekeeping who was very nice and arrived the following morning to clean the showers & porches. It's a shame they didn't look that nice upon arrival. Maintenance arrived mid-week and fixed a couple of the items that we had not repaired already. After the housekeeping items were improved, we really enjoyed this beautiful home and can't say enough about the high end materials used in the construction of this home.
