Mycket kort promenad till stranden! ! Vi har lagt till helt nya mattor i våningssängen och sovrummen. Söt strand bungalow med en stor uppvärmd pool (Bara fråga om detaljer) Perfekt för underhållande och takterrass för havet peeks. Ligger bara två kvarter från stranden och 20 minuter från centrum, har detta hem en känsla av en gammal tid beach house med modern lyx. Detta hem har stora bekvämligheter, inklusive en stor pool med uppvärmning alternativ, taket däck, Wifi och 4 TV. Det finns ett badrum med en clawfoot badkar med en dusch gardin kring den. Det andra större badrummet har dusch och har ett bifogat tvättmaskin / torktumlare rum. Den stora verandaen har och extra matbord som är utbyggbart och en futon för att sova eller bara läsa. Njut av svala havsbrisen och utsikten från taket.

Fun, quirky little place. We had a good time. Too cold for the pool, but the beach is very close. Completely fenced yard is great for a dogs. Off street parking and plenty of places to eat on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Go to Fort Mourtrie just a few minutes away

We had a great time at John’s house. He had great communication during our visit and checked in several times as we had quite cold weather. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Great place and location. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Plenty of rooms to prepare for a wedding and everything you would need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast! Rooftop deck was perfect for grabbing photos of the area.

The host allowed us to check in about 40 minutes early. He answered any communication quickly. The hot tub and pool were fantastic, the pool did run cold, so early morning swimming when we were there was not optimal, but the temps ran about 82 or lower. The hot tub was used many hours. It does have 4 bedrooms, but bedroom 3 and 4 utilize same door inside to get to the room, but bedroom 4 does have door going to the outside which could be used not to travel through bedroom 3 at night. The second bathroom has been remodeled and is best for people about 150lbs or less if using the toilet as if you are larger your sides may touch the wall or shower door. There is a very large bathroom with a large walkin shower that is great and can accomadate all size people. The roof top deck is nice, and has plenty of seating. The area around the pool has plenty of seating, area to move around, and floats to use. The shower outside has warm and cold water which was wonderful as a few days were windy.

What an amazing house! Fantastic view from the rooftop deck, the pool was a bonus and the location was perfect. The host answered every question I had prior to our visit and was very gracious and kind. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to IOP!

Great location

Great location to beach. 5 minute walk at max. Great pool area and rooftop deck. The house is old with great character. My only complaint is one bathroom needs an update of bathtub / shower and shelving to put items. The other bathroom is great and modern.

first vacation in five years

the property was fantastic....close enough to walk to the beach and fun enough to relax throught out our stay....the only down side was that the front door sometimes would not unlock and the if you have light colored hair be ready for it to be lovely shayed of greenish blue....however that happens with pool water and blonde hair.....other than that would diffently stay again

Fun beach house

We had a great time for my bachelorette at this VRBO! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to amazing restaurants and coffee. The private pool, rooftop, and hot tub was so nice! Host was very responsive. One thing to note, pool maintenance does come on Saturdays which I was not aware of.

Family spring break

Our family of 10 had a fantastic spring break on this property. The pool and deck were amazing and you are just a short walk to the beach. The house is older but everything was clean and organized. Pool was fantastic and the deck was amazing to use for views. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but John took care of the issues quickly and was always there to respond. We had a great trip, would stay again

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful house, wonderful host

This is an older beach house, with plenty of charm. And everything you need to be comfortable and functional: two king beds; new, big shower; eat-in kitchen, well equipped. Plus a great, glassed-in porch on front (even on not-so-warm days, sunlight warms up the porch nicely). And a spa with a view of a slice of waterway. And a beautiful pool (we splurged and had John heat the pool for one of the winter weeks we were there, which was a real treat). Perhaps best of all is the big beautiful deck on top of the house: newly constructed and with a gorgeous, commanding view of the ocean. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets up there. Plus it is fully furnished, with a sofa, a couple of comfy chairs, a table and bar stools, etc., so you can really hang out and soak in the stunning scenery. Wow!In terms of location, this house is just across Breach Inlet-- in other words, quite close to Sullivans Island. This means that you can get into the city easily and quickly and without having fight your way through the suburban jungle of Hwy 17-North in Mt. Pleasant. Not nearly as remote as Wild Dunes. Great location.John is a truly top-notch host. He completely respects your privacy but if you need anything at all tended to, he is right there, right away (he lives at the other end of the island). He is genuinely conscientious and clearly cares about maintaining the property and keeping the guests happy. He is a problem-solver and a genuinely courteous, responsible host.A terrific place!

Wonderful Beach Bungalow with LOTS of room!

Stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Very short walk to the beach. If you enjoy walking, I suggest a longer walk thatincludes a stop at the local coffee shop, Cafe Paname! The pool and hot tub are amazing and the rooftop deck provided a spectacular view of the ocean and sunset. I also enjoyed the front sun room, what a great place to curl up and read a book, listen to music, or meditate. If you are looking for minimalist, brand new construction, then this is not your place or maybe you should give it a try so that you don't miss out. This amazing home provides cleanliness, comfort, amenities, unique decor, hospitality, and a beach bungalow vibe, which blend beautifully to create a great experience!

Great Place

We stayed here for a girls trip and the property and location were both great. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The beach isn’t very crowded so it was great to hang out on. The property is in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off the beach sand and having the beach chairs and towels was also quite handy. The owner was also very easy to commute with and the listing was very accurate. Would recommend this home to others!

Great house in an excellent location

The description of the house was spot on and we had a great time at the house with no difficulties or concerns at all. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was closer than expected. The owner was very responsive and we would happily stay here again if we travel back to the Charleston area.

Fall Break Vacation

We came from NE Tennessee for a quick fall break trip and could not have been happier! The kiddos loved the pool area. Home is in a very convenient location. Roof top deck is a major plus! We had our pups with us and they enjoyed their stay as well. Beach is very dog friendly! Everyone in the neighborhood was very and nice. Would highly recommend!
