Welcome to your Happy Place, a 5 bedroom and 3 1/2 bath vacation home, located in the heart of Isle of Palms and a short walk to the beach. This lovely home has a pool, a hot tub, an outdoor covered bar and is located on a quiet street.
Living Area:
The main living room is bright and sunny, with plenty of brand new comfortable seating. On the first floor, there’s also a TV room, a half bath, a quiet office and a dining room that seats 10 guests. The dining room leads to a spacious deck that overlooks the pool area. The laundry room is also located on the first floor.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, separate ice maker and wine cooler. There’s also a spare refrigerator in the garage. The kitchen is open to the living room so you can stay connected to friends and family while preparing a special meal. The breakfast bar seats 4 so you can socialize with the chef.

1) King bedroom with a half bath in the hall.
Second Floor
2) King Primary with ensuite including a soaking tub and shower.
3) King bedroom with full size fold out sofa and ensuite including a shower.
