Sibling/Spouse reunion

Great property. There were 11 of us together for a sibling/spouse reunion. House was perfect, pool and hot tub very relaxing. Kitchen is fully stocked, refrigerator is huge, 2 dishwashers and we all had a king size bed. Great. Thank you. We will be back.

Perfect for our growing family

This was a perfect place for our family! We have outgrown any of our houses with 4 adult siblings with spouses and a mom and 2 infants, 3 small kids, 3 teens. The house was sparkling clean and stunningly beautiful. A very easy walk to the beach and nice sunrise views from the porch. Thank you!

Nice place but elevator and grill broken and credits were promised and not given

It’s a nice house, new, clean, good locations, but the elevator and grill did not work and the property manager never came over. Promised credits and deliveries and still Waiting going on 2 monrhs

Great Location

This property is very well kept and in a great location. We were there during hurricane Debby and even thought the weather was horrible this property was excellent. Communication with owner was fast and she was very helpful. Checked in on us due to weather issues, etc. Great place I would highly recommend.

Amazing property - walk to the beach

We had an amazing time celebrating several of us turning 50 at this amazing beach house. The property manager was responsive (thanks, Blair) and helpful in booking a chef for us one evening. Be aware that youllneed to give notice ahead of time if you need the pool to be heated. I'd also recommend bringing some extra TP, and maybe a portable bluetooth speaker unless you have a savvy tech person in your group. Do use the iPad in the kitchen to take a group selfie, enjoy the deck(s) at night, and take thr short walk to the ocean . . . Have fun on IOP!

Fabulous home!

This home was beyond our expectations. It had every amenity possible. Pool and hot tub directly off the open space room. each room with its own TV and bathroom was a huge plus the location couldn’t have been better. less than five minutes to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here and hope to return to this home same time next year. Comfortable, clean,well stocked kitchen, excellent location, responsive manager. we were sad to leave.

Long guys weekend

34 Palm is the best house and we had a great time. The house is gorgeous, new, tons of large rooms with individual bathrooms in each. Great for family and/friends with big open common areas. Nice pool deck with a grill and loungers and right next to the beach. Blair, the property manager was very helpful and responsive during the entire process. I’ve stayed and at several houses on Isle of Palms and this was by far the best, will definitely be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had the best time here! Did the copper river bridge run and then enjoyed the house for several days. Hot tub is incredible and there was no “bad bedroom “ in the house! The music system was great as well. Very clean and very close to beach. The only negative was a bit loud on the street

Winter break in Charleston

Property was exceptionally clean. Manager was very responsive. Did not use the pool due to it being down for the winter. Proximity to beach paths, restaurants, was awesome.

Mostly Pros

Pros: Location is great. A short walk across the road to public beach access, short distance to restaurants and grocery stores A beautiful, spacious home for large groups Clean Nice pool and hot tub set up Cons: Front door lock did not work from outside. Could not enter. Back patio door broken and hard to close and lock. Elevator not easy to use. Could not use it during our visit. Lots of technology, but no instructions on how to use. Need an instruction book so guests don't have to track down host during stay.

Best beach house ever!

To start the communication with Blaire was amazing he was easy to contact and answered our questions right away! When we arrived at the house it was even more beautiful then the pictures! The house was clean and kept in perfect condition. The pool was amazing lots of space on the deck. Each bedroom was more beautiful the next! Each room having its own bathroom was very helpful when getting ready. The views from the master bedroom was gorgeous and the balcony on each level. The kitchen and living room was perfect lots of room for us all to relax and hang out together. I cant wait to come back! This house was the reason behind us having the best weekend trip we ever had!
