Inside, the open-concept living area brings everyone together. The comfortable lounge space flows into a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials, while a dining table for four offers the perfect spot for casual meals or morning coffee. Sliding glass doors fill the space with natural light and lead out to the balcony—an ideal place to unwind with a drink and take in the views.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A third bedroom with a double-over-queen bunk bed is perfect for kids or additional guests, with easy access to the third bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. Altogether, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Guests also have access to the shared community pool, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. And with the beach just moments away, you’ll have easy access to the wide sandy shoreline and rolling Atlantic waves that make Isle of Palms such a beloved destination.

Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - The Summerhouse pool is open seasonally between May - Sept and is not heated. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the Summerhouse pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
