    The Space:

    Conveniently located with the beach on one side of the property and one of the Wild Dunes golf courses on the other, this ocean facing Mariner's Walk villa promises an Isle of Palms vacation you'll always remember. Relax with your morning coffee on the spacious screened porch, take long afternoon walks on the neighboring ocean beach, and cool off in the sparkling waters of the community's swimming pool. Recent additions include new twin beds (November 2023), and a new tankless water heater (installed December 2023).



    This 1,064-square-foot condo is just a few minutes' walk from the ocean beach, so you'll never be far from swimming, sunbathing, and beautiful views of the shoreline. Take your pick of the Links and Harbor Golf Courses at Wild Dunes, both of which are in the immediate area, or hop in the car for a quick drive to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area of Isle of Palms four miles west. The Isle of Palms Marina is just over two miles west, and downtown Charleston - full of history and world-class cuisine - is 15 miles inland.

    Check-in time: 4:00 PM

    Check-out time: 10:00 AM

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

    No Sportscard (Wild Dunes amenities are limited to the pool, golf, dining, and bike trails).

    Trailer and motorcycle parking is not permitted.



    **Notice: Sand renourishment work will be ongoing on the beach nearby from Mid-July through Mid-September. Beach is open but will have some construction areas and obstructions.

Very nice condo, lovely stay.

Condo was spotlessly clean, had plenty of fresh towels, showers are great. Beautiful place and location.

First of all the 10 digit pass code to enter the property was ridiculous! And secondly when it didn’t work after multiple attempts after a 4 and half drive and a 30 min wait to actually to speak to a human was ridiculous! Thirdly the AC broke and we had to sleep and in extreme temperatures for over 24 hrs and was not acceptable for the premium price we paid. Not a satisfied customer for the obvious reasons stated above!

Good clean place

Water line popping in wall when neighbors showered kept me up late one night, but the place was clean, easy to access and easy check in/out. We enjoyed our stay.

Great little getaway

Very clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to update the coffee maker to a kurig and have at least one recliner in living space. I highly recommend!

Summer beach fun

The property was comfortable and very functional for a week at the beach. The location and pool at Mariners Walk are excellent. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

A clean and conveniently located condo!

My family and I have vacationed in Isle of Palms for 16 years. We stayed at Mariners Walk the majority of the time, including in this condo three separate vacations. It's close to the beach and pool, and it's nice and clean.

Dirty towels were left from previous rental on back of door in master bedroom. Cracked blind blade.

Everything was fine with the small exception of the door and lock to get into the place. Need to address that to make it much easier and shave the door down so that it doesnt stick. Could not tell when it was unlocked as the door stuck so badly due to the moisture swelling the door.
