Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments. As we are a small hotel - just 6 rooms - the room booked (through whichever channel) is the one allocated to you. You visited us on one of the hottest days this summer but luckily our helpful staff were able to move you to a different room to the one you had booked through Expedia. All guests booking through our website and all our other booking channels receive three pre-arrival emails detailing how to get to Raasay including a link to the ferry timetable. However those booking through Expedia do not receive these emails as Expedia do not provide us with guests' email addresses.This is something we are currently trying to rectify with them.
