The living area is large and bright, a welcoming environment where you can relax, read or share evenings with friends. The modern kitchen, fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, invites you to prepare lunches and dinners with typical Sicilian flavors, perhaps accompanied by good local wine.
A rare added value:  3 bathrooms, a laundry room, and an outdoor bathroom serving the pool, which ensure absolute convenience and maximum comfort for everyone, making their stay even more pleasant.

According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
Late check-in fee: from 20:00 to 00:00 of €30.00.
