The place is Perfect, just a 100 meter from Taksim square, the stoff are very nice, but the pictures of the hotel is not exactly what you se, we were a little disappointed. The breakfast was great.

I had a great experience at CVK. Very service minded and helpful and with a great breakfast. I forgot my phone in the taxi to the airport and the CVK -staff helped me retrieve it.

Vill man verkligen bo lyxigt o nära till allt så är detta bästa valet! Lyxiga rum bästa utsikt o finaste servicen som möjligt åker ofta på hotell men den är en klass för sig själv

Jättefint hotel med utmärkt läge i Nya Staden på European side. Nära till "allt" med Taksim torget som centrum på 2 min promenad avstånd. Fantastisk terass med utsikt över hela Istanbul!

Almost perfect
An impressive facility close to Taxim. This hotel is elegant and very pretty and if it was not for som annoying issues with the service it would have been much higher ranked by me.There is an outdoor terazza with one of the best view I have had in Istanbul to have light meal and a drink, only that is worth the money it self.The rooms are ok but far from cozy, if you do not get a Bosphorus view you are looking in to a green wall. If you keep your window opend you got the smell of smoke from below in to your room. It feels like this hotel has a ambition to be a real fancy 5 start hotel but somewere it fails in details. When I arrived there was luggage left in my room. At the breakfast it took 20 minutes after opening to get a scramble egg. At the terazza people was waiting 20 minutes to get a beer or just to pay. My guess is that the midmanagement is not good enough or to few.

Average cost-to-value ratio
I've been traveling extensively for the past 15 years all around the world on business (roughly 35-45 nights per year) so this review is based on that experience. I've also stayed in other hotels in Istanbul and I would say this hotel is average in relation to cost. On the plus side: Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from, room was good-sized, bathroom was clean and well stocked, no noise from outside and close to plenty of restaurants for a quick meal after work. On the downside was the Wi-Fi (free of charge but not very good coverage, had to go down to lobby to get good signal) and that breakfast was not included (charged €25 extra, which, considering you are in Turkey, is VERY expensive). Taxi to Airport takes around 35-45 minutes, cost around 60-80 Turkish Lira. The hotel offers great views of the Bosphorus - too bad that I didn't get a chance to enjoy this as my room was facing a brick wall....

Nice, clean hotel. Staff were great and friendly. I want to two induviduals who were awesome at the hotel. The first is the Yelzi, who cpeabed our room. She was great with my 5 year old son and the other person was the woman who greeted us everyday at breakfast. When leaving, she would always give a lollipop to my son. Much appreciated!!!

Very very nice hotel in good area
This is a VERY nice hotel, on par with a Ritz. Service level is exceptional. The rooms are much wider than what appears in the pics. Found that most of the sites we wanted to see were on the southern peninsula, but that area was very very busy and not where we would want to stay. This area is much better and the sites are easily accessible via trains or buses (was warned by locals that taxis will take advantage of tourists and charge more or take longer routes). The restaurants on site allow smoking so we left without eating because they were so full of smoke. Having the Bosporous view was worth it.
