Förtjänar 3*
Fint hotell, inget mer. Man behövde ringa om allt och allt var bara omständigt. Låg heller inte jättebra till trots rätt område. På grund av vägarna satt man ofta i trafik. Renjorde ej ordentligt, svårt att få en taxi och inte hjälpvillig personal. Rummen är dåligt isolerade och man hör allt från bilvägarna. Bytte rum flertal gånger.

3 star hotel NOT 5
So first of all its just 3 star hotel so dont get fooled with 5 star crap. Barely speak english. Low quality breakfast. You need to ask for new towels Every day. Water temp in The shower never stays The same. You Will get paper cups to drink water in The rooms. The rooms are way smaller than it looks in The pic.

Det var dåligt städning oavsett jag hade pratat med receptionen 2 gånger men i slutet en "natt maneger" blev blandade och sedan maneger på morgonen och det gick bra.

Rekommenderas ej!!!
Vi var 3 tjejer som bodde i ett rum. Rummet var för litet för 3 personer. Trots att bokningen avsåg 3 personer, fick vi bara 2 uppsättningar handukar och inga sängkläder till tredje sängen (soffan). Städpersonalen kunde ingen engelska så vårt rum vart inte städat överhuvudtaget första dygnet. De lät matresterna från frukosten vara kvar på vårt rum. Vi sa till om städningen 3 ggr till olika personer men inget hände. Moske och en ganska trafikerad väg ligger intill hotellet så vi sov knappt något om nätterna pga oljud. SPA-delen var ok dock var personalen otrevlig och inte hjälpsam överhuvudtaget. Vi fick ta handdukar själva ur skåp då de inte brydde sig om att ge dem till oss. Frukosten var ok. Hotellet låg off, ganska nära Taksim området/centrum men pga vägarna kunde man inte ta promenad dit. Taxiresorna var billiga men chaufförerna ville gärna lura en..

Willingness from staff to deliver 5 star service
There is a willingness to deliver 5 star experience which is admirable and great but my overall experience is rated only as a 4 . My check in experience and room service experience was unacceptably bad and to add I can share that there was non working AC in the room which I didn’t bother to report and water pressure was extremely low and toiletries very limited and women’s basic toiletries non existing . They are trying their best which I appreciated a lot but do not have a 5 star expectations.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind in diesem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Lage war gut. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr schön gemachten Einkaufs und Restaurant Passage. Taksim ist zu Fuß etwas weit. Das Personal war immer bemüht. Was gestört hat war das das Personal wirklich mehrmals am Tag eine Bewertung mit Nennung der einzelnen Mitarbeiter Namen wollte. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Auswahl war gering und jeden Tag gleich. Der Käse und Salami war immer trocken obwohl es immer nachgefüllt wurde. Die Einrichtung war modern und Das Zimmer geräumig. Die Putzfrau kam täglich aber hat nicht viel gemacht. Es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Taksim und zurück. Beim Check-in muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden welches vor der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist.

Otel güzel ve temiz, çalışan yardımsever. Ancak, odalarda koyulmuş saç kremi kutu boştu. İlk girişte 2000 tl kapora alınıyor odalarda bir şey eksik olması durumuna karşı. Bu hotels.com’da hiçbir yerde yazmıyordu.

Liked the location and the accommodations. Preferred to have a shower than a bath tub. Shower faucet was too hard to open and close.

Türkiye!!
It was really nice, I just have one complaint! I asked the front desk if all the rooms came with complimentary breakfast and he said yes but the next morning the check in person said we did not have it for our room number. Having everyone on the same page with the same info, would be fantastic!
