Good hotel but rooms need some renovation.
Hotel was in good in general. But small things made me very annoyed. The air condition did not work the first night, worked the second, but not the third. There was a cut in the carpet, the shelf in the room was not stable. Sometimes it smelled bad from the shower. They say the pool is for free but they force you to buy a swimming hat even if you do not have any hair. Ridiculous. I think the rooms needs some renovation. The brasserie restaurant was great and the lobbybar had very nice service. The spa area is really great too with nice saunas and massage services. I did not have a car, and diddnt want to use a taxi because of the risk of getting scammed. There is a Metro station 5 minutes from the hotel that can bring you to Kadiköy. There is also a airportbus 5 min from the hotel that takes you to SAW airport in 25 min for 20,50 TL. Very convenient. There is also a mall on the other side of the road and they have a food-court.

It was good.
It was good but I have seen better 5 star Hotels. But one thing that is good is that you got optimum outlet in front of you open until 11 pm so when you are hungry just walk over there and eat.

Had a metal detector at the door that pretty much beeped when everyone went thru it, then no one really cared. Lol. People were nice and coffee ladies at downstairs bar were very nice

Oda temizliği konusunda biraz problemler var. Resepsiyon çalışanları ve karşılama biraz daha sıcak olabilirdi. Sabah-Öğle ve Akşam yemekleri için restoranı kullandık. Yemek kalitesi ve lezzeti gayet iyi, özellikle Serhan Bey'in konukseverliği için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der asozialsten Straße von Istanbul. Das Hotel ist sehr dreckig und alt. Alle fünf Minuten gibt es eine Schlägerei vor der Türe. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemanden.

Verdiğimiz paraya değmedi
Tv kumandaları çok kötü, tuşlar çok zor çalışıyor. Ödediğimiz bedelin karşılığını almadık. Odalardaki sabun ve banyo malzemeleri çok kısıtlı. Otelin adı Hilton olunca beklenti biraz daha yüksek oluyor. Resepsiyon personeli sorunu çözmek yerine sizi hatalı göstermeye çalışıyor. Bir Ankaralı olarak eğer Ankara daki Hilton oteli, Hilton ise burası Hilton double tree olmalıdır.

Pris une seance de massage au spa, il était mentionné une réduction de 10% pour les clients de l’hôtel Leur réponse la remise est déjà appliqué mais quand vous regardez la grille des prestations, il n’y a avait aucune remise faite, je leur fait la remarque, leur réponse la grille tarifaire est déjà remisée allez comprendre, mais cela s’appelle du vol Tous simplement et vraiment déçu de l’hôtel malgré ma remarque au sujet du spa même a l’accueil leur réponds nous ne pouvons rien faire Pour un hotel 5 étoiles sur pour un Hilton je suis vraiment déçu J’éviterai à l’avenir ce groupe d’hôtels
