Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your experiences with us. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations in this stay. You called us by phone and asked for cleaning. We could not enter your room for cleaning due to the procedure, because your DND light was on. We wanted to reach you by phone and get confirmation again, but we could not. You were notified when you arrived at the hotel. We would also like to note that we will also investigate the inter-employee communication issue.
