Terrible hotel
The hotel lobby smells cigarette smoke because staff smokes there. The room smells like sewer. Bed is wore down. During our 6 day visit our room was cleaned once. AC does not work. Dampness on walls due to water leakage. Stop in shower drain. Overall run down and dirty hotel. I do not recommend anybody to stay there. It was terrible.

Deae our guest, I am so sad to hear about smoking but smoking is forbidden inside and there is smoke dedectors inside so imposible to smoke inside maybe they smoke out side and on the each time you came and smells it. You mention about AC but heating system can works very well for warm weather ,it is central warm heating system if you work with the AC maybe cold wheather because of humidity leaking happens. i am so sorry to hear you about it but you didnt write your name so we dont realize who you are and which room you have stayed. We prefer to tell us in accodomation time to fix and explained all problems

Beskrivningen av boendet stämmer ej överens med verkligheten. Hotellet är mycket nedgånget, fuktskador på väggar och tak samt en konstig lukt i rummet. Jag betalade extra för att betala för boendet på plats samt för frukost, pengar drogs trots det från kontot ca 2 veckor innan ankomst, frukosten var i stort sett obefintlig. Enligt beskrivningen skulle det även finnas en restaurang samt till gång till fri minibar, varken restaurang eller minibar fanns. Jag bekostade ett nytt hotell efter 2 dagar, skulle egentligen stannat i 7 dagar.

Dear Sir and Madam, We are sorry for not understand who are you not to write your name. We can work with expedia virtual card in that case we cannot take any money from your side , expedia can sent their own details to us so our hotels taking debit from your side inpossible. In describition you told that minibar is free we investigate it and send an email to expedia about it ,they replied that our advert isnot looking minibar is free even none of the hotel's minibar is free even they are full service booked.I am sorry for this minundestandings maybe you confused with free coffee/rtea service . You told that some old things in the room our hotel has been renovated last summer , we checked every room but we cannot face any problems that you mentioned.I am sorry again your dissatisfaction hope to wrote your name and room to undesrtand who you are.

Hotel is a great choice to stay in Istanbul. It is a nice, small, clean hotel with good amenities, a friendly and helpful staff and a great location, ideally situated within walking distance for seeing all of the sights in Istanbul. Breakfast could be more varied, If I return to Istanbul I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hierzu findet man keine Worte! Schimmel in 3 Zimmern. Wasserschaden im ganzen Hotel und in der letzten Nacht kamen noch Handwerker die ein Loch in die Decke unseres Bades geschlagen haben aus den Wasser lief, direkt auf unsere Klobrille. Unhygienisch, dreckig und an der Rezeption wollte man sich den Schaden erst gar nicht anschauen! BITTE ACHTET AUF DIE FAKE-BEWERTUNGEN!

I dont know where can i can start but exactly i can say that it is really good hotel i red some bad reviews even good ones much more i had some doubts but after meeting these people i feel very relax their hospitality is really high even the reviews rooms condition is good cleaning very well i got their card and number i would recommend to my friends .

Ligging is ideaal, kamers zelf zijn op een paar kleine punten na prima onderhouden en schoon, de badkamers daarentegen zijn echt heel slecht onderhouden. Van veel schimmel tot aan lekkage aan plafond op meerdere plekken. De lift maakt heel veel herrie en heeft geen keuringscertificaat, gebruik zou zelfs gevaarlijk zijn. Ik zou er ondanks vriendelijk personeel en goede ligging niet nogmaals verblijven.

Would not recommend.
The location was great, but that's about it. They did not clean our room even after we asked them. We had to ask them for toilet paper and soap and new towels. We told them it was too hot in the room, but they did not offer to turn on the air conditioning and said there was nothing they could do. There was no trash bin in the room and we did not get one even after we asked. There were limited outlets in the room, so you had to choose between having the TV plugged in or the minifridge. The front desk staff had limited English, making it difficult to communicate effectively. Overall, our stay was lacking in good service and cleanliness.

we talked wıth expedıa and told us that you had no complaınt about ıt and took pıctures not our hotel because the place doesnt belongs to us for refund to do thıs very sad because the most ımportant thıng for us cleanıng and hygenıc. I wısh your pıctures add here to prove ıt ıs not our place.

OMG . Never had an Experience like this ... It is very Close to Taskim Square but When I reached there it was terrible . in a bad location ,starting from the Front Door of this so called "Botique hotel" got stucked and you need 2 people to push to open /close it , staffs sitting in reception , having food and watching TV fromt here itself , always speak Turkish , and they respond rudely to anything, so we never ask anything . The elevtor capacity is 1 person . Room Size are super small , outdated Furnitures , Dark rooms with carpets are worst and dirty , paper walls, bed with bumbs and popupped springs , I booked a room with balcony but there is no such room there as per the front staff , heater in room like 40 Degree and AC not working , We opened the windows and its super cold outside, 24 hour noisy surrondings with pubs and street walkers noise. Limited breakfast served from a clumsy room, bread from reception and we skipped due to hygenic reasons , also this a cat friendly hotel . I booked this hotel ( rest room) because initally we found many Good reviews but where these guys get magic reviews we found many bad reviews , Then I tried to cancel or modify my booking but the Hotel not responding during my free cancellation period . Also there is a big negligance, they didnt care our request in proper way nor tried to contact the hotel for my modification request . Inshort I lost my 8 Days rent which is around 0 .8k. Horrible stay
I would give a zero, I don’t know how to start to explain !! first night came to check in the room was not ready they told me to wait so I waited like 2 hours then someone came and said we have a technical issues in the room so will give u another room in different place we went to that place then we waited like 1 hour until the man there opened the door no elevator,2nd floor!!I had 3 luggages. room was so dirty everything was bad no heat in the room just small heater next to my bed the room was so cold, blankets were dirty carpet as well everything was horrible!!!next day I went back to get my room I waited for the room and more surprises came along room was soooo dirty carpet blankets no lights no TV imagine hotel room with no TV bed was uncomfortable everything was horrible I think there was bugs on the bed because I had some bites on my leg, These were the worst nights of my life in a Hotel!!! Don’t know where these good reviews came from??? so disappointed
