family vacation
We had family svit for 3 adults, to the courtyard for 7 nights. Two seperated rooms with a common door between them, we liked it so much, it was perfect for us. Nice rooms, comfortable beds and quiet even with the open window the whole night, because the rooms were to the coutryard There was no hair conditoner, body lotion and tooth kit in the rooms, just hand soap and some sort of shampoo both for hair and body. Hairdryer was good. There were some sort problems in the room that were dealt with once. Nice and helpful staff, specially Mr. Arif. Breakfast was simple but acceptable . The hotel is near famous places och good retauranges 8-10 walk behind the gas station. With the next trip to the Istanbul we will stay at the same Hotel. Regards H.E.A.

Bra standard på hotellet med utmärkt läge till det mesta såsom Grand bazar Taksim torget mm Trevlig personal bra utbud på frukosten fin takterrass med utsikt över Bosporen ända minus tecknet är att happy hour bara gällde på inhemsk öl.

Jättefint hotell, vi blev uppgraderade till en svit som tyvärr var väldigt lyhörd. Frukosten är god men små brister som att det inte fanns någon juice (vilket är konstigt i Turkiet). Läget är bra, man kan gå och ta spårvagnen/båtar överallt i Istanbul.

Acceptable but not recommended
Many rooms were small and some had no view at all. When I checked in the bathroom smelled terrible but after a day it was fine. People at reception not well trained. When we upgraded the room becuase of the size and view they charged us intitaly EUR80/night which I strongly believed it was wrong rate and all discussion in 3 sessions with frontdesk was no result. Finally last day meeting manager a very nice gentleman he appologized for incompetence of frontdesk staff and returned EUR50/night to me.

I was going on a cruise the cruise dock was right there. The only problem that i had was their bath towels were paper thin. Not very high end. But everythingvelse was great.

Great Location before a cruise
We had a one night stay before our cruise. You cannot find a better location for staying the night before a cruise. Right across the street from Galataport you can walk to the terminal with your luggage. The public train is only a block away to get around sightseeing. We enjoyed our spacious room. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Thumbs Up for Nidya Hotel

Otel temizlik konusunda çok kötü. Caddeye bakan odada kaldım pencere sesi hiç kesmiyor pencerenin izolasyonu çok kötü. Ayrıca otopark ücreti alıp otoparka koymadılar otelin önünde bıraktılar aracı.

De ligging van het hotel is goed, tramhalte is bijna voor de deur en als je van een beetje lopen houdt dan is de galata toren en taksim plein op loopafstand (15 minuten lopen). Wat betreft het hotel heb ik alleen een opmerking over de staat van de kamers en voornamelijk de badkamer die een opknapbeurt nodig hebben. Kamers zijn voor de rest redelijk. Personeel is wel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Wir wurden blöd angemacht weil zwei Männer sich ein Doppelbett teilen wollten. Kommentare und Blicke den ganzen Aufenthalt. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Englisch Kenntnisse sind mangelhaft.. Frühstück war nicht so gut (dafür nur 5€ für beide ) Lage war gut da es direkt am Hafen gelegen war ( Einkauf Möglichkeit )

Great location for cruise port
Hotel staff was fantastic at check in. We stayed one night before departing for a cruise. Great location for the cruise port! Right across the street. The bellman even helped us with our luggage getting to the port. Thank you again!!

Do not stay in suite room
The suite room was not good and clean at all. Not worth it to pay this amount. Elevator was not working for 2 days and they kept say that we are working to fix it( suite elevator)

The hotel rooms are very moderate, the windows are not sealed or tightly closed so you always hear the noise of the street or construction, the AC is noisy and the staff say it is always like that, the breakfast is very poor. The Hotel location is very good but the staff and the property is very poor....

سيء من ناحية ال التنظيف
المكان كان نوعاً ما زين لكن التنظيف جداً سيء اقامتي ٦ ليالي ومن الليله الثاني اتنازع عشان الحمام ام يتم تنظيفه وكل يوم على ذلك واهر يومين الفلاش لا يعمل ولم يتم تنظيفه ولا صيانته بعدر انتي مفروض تذكرينا والرسبشن يدافع عن التنظيف بانها قامت بعملها!! شي سيئ
