Dear Mr Khaled and family, first of all we are sorry to hear that you have encoutered some issues regarding your room. Your reservations are under 4 seperate bookings and we are in the busy period time. We have arranged the rooms in 2-3 different buildings. As you expected to stay together in one building and we have prepared all the rooms to be in one building until you have completed your holiday. Our hotel has 5 buildings and we did not send you to another hotel. We have Cheer Prime, Cheers Dream, Cheers Exclusive and Cheers Printhouse which those bulding are all our private rooms. We have offered you to contact Expedia after you are not happy with the room because it was too small for you. But you decided to stay and asked us for 2 nights refund because one of your brother wants to stay in another hotel and we helped you to do that because we know that the time that you stay the hotel near by are fully booked and some places the price are high for you because it was a peak holiday Anzac Day. After 2 nights your brother came to stay in the same building with you and the rest of your family as you still wanted us to keep your reservation. Please keep in mind that we still helped you after you yelling in the hotel and demand us to give you a chocolate box as apology and demand us remove the other guests out off the building because you want to have the room in the same buiding (There were 4 separated booking) We still want to apology that we can not do such a thing to as you demand. We hope you the best.

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback, your experinece is always more important than anything. We change bed sheets every 3 days and towels every 2 days. Our cleaning staff changed them in your room as well. Best Regards,
