“This property was incredibly lovely. It is well outfitted and conveniently located. Everything is nice, new and sparkling clean. The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. ”

“武嶺へのサイクリングの拠点として5泊しました。綺麗な広い部屋で大変リラックスできました。ホテルの皆様も大変優しくて、無料朝食も堪能しました。ベッドメイキングもタオル交換も毎日してくれました。わずか6部屋ですので、早めに押さえるのが吉。 ホテルの向かいにあるカフェ芋清原には毎日通いました。一番豪華なタロ芋パフェが500円未満。美味くてハマりました。 英語は通じます。 コインランドリーも歩いて300メートルにあります。数十元で洗濯機と乾燥機が使えます。洗剤と柔軟剤が自動で投入されます。 今回、老五冒煙饅頭まではサイクリングしましたが、次回はその先の玉山と阿里山までサイクリングしたいです。”

“Room was very clean except for the suede sofa (there were a few old stains on it). Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. “This was a very cute cat themed B&B. When we were there they had 7 cats! the cats were all very friendly and we did not notice any smells or problems with them. The morning food was delicious. The area is safe but if walking from the bus stop along the main road you'll need to be careful when you have all of your luggage as the street vendors can take up the entire sidewalk and the road can be somewhat busy. The local restaurants close somewhat early so plan on going to dinner by 5 to have more...

“Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.”
