*Living room: Sofa bed available for the seventh guest
*First-floor bathroom includes a bathtub and an in-unit washer and dryer
*Second full bathroom is in the loft area

*The loft on the second floor is open to downstairs and features a reading nook and dedicated workspace (and Bedroom 3)

Guests have access to the entire cabin and yard during their stay. Swimming in the pond and access to the outdoor sheds are off limits and are not available for guest use.

Guests may park outside the garage on the gravel driveway.

No Pets: We do not allow pets at the property.

Septic System: The cabin uses a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Pads, tampons, garbage, and other personal items must not be flushed. Please do not place grease, coffee grounds, paint, drain cleaner, eggshells, food skins, or similar materials down the drains.

Well Water: The property uses well water, which may taste or smell different from municipal water. The water is regularly tested, and the system is cleaned, maintained, and filtered. It is safe to drink.

Fire Pit: Please note that firewood is not provided. Guests may purchase firewood locally before using the fire pit.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. A $200 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the home.

Parties: Parties are not permitted. A $200 fee will apply if a party is held at the property.
