“What a wonderful place! It had everything we needed and more. It was so cool to have a telescope on the balcony! The hosts really thought of everything: a starlight lamp in the bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an electric barbecue, and an onsen with a view of Mt. Fuji – we could just sit there and stare. The hotel is about 200 meters from the bus stop for Odawara, and there’s a Seven‑Eleven right across the street. I would definitely return without hesitation.”

“Beautiful location next to Lake Ashi with a Mount Fuji view on clear days. Convenient with free shuttle bus from Motohakone (they even picked us up after hours upon request). Nice onsen with both inside and outside baths. The staff were surprisingly good at English and very helpful. Good service in the restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. Lovely garden to walk around. However, the hotel is very outdated with an old smelly carpet, lumpy beds and pillows. It needs a renovation.”
