An internal staircase leads to the first floor with two double bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned and has a sofa bed, a bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The house is particularly bright, with exposed stone walls, parquet flooring, and attention to detail.
The outdoor area is equipped with table and chairs for enjoying life in the open air. Pool area at living level covered with a tent and equipped with sun loungers and a panoramic view of the adjacent hills.
The villa has a covered parking area, to access the entrance level you have to climb a flight of steps.
The villa is the ideal solution to enjoy a quiet area immersed in nature and to have the neighbouring tourist centres available within a few km: Formia for shopping, the tourist port, the railway station with trains to all destinations and ferries to the islands (Km.12 ); Gaeta with its sandy beaches equipped for bathing, the green park of Monte Orlando and the medieval monuments in the historic centre (Km.14); Sperlonga with its characteristic centre completely pedestrianised with its white alleyways and characteristic small shops and archaeological sites (Km. 18). Just over an hour from Rome and Naples with trains every 30 minutes from Formia.
