Designed to make you truly feel at home, it combines modern comfort, a warm atmosphere and total independence.

You will find a spacious and bright living space, with a double bed 180×200 (or two single beds on request), a cosy sofa, an open-plan kitchen with an ultra-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine.

Sound and thermal insulation guarantees you a truly peaceful night's sleep. This accommodation has been designed as a haven of calm... a stone's throw from everything!

Autonomy and total privacy in a privileged natural setting

You will enjoy the entire studio, totally independent, with private access from a small gate (which will be left open for your arrival).

Located below our house, it has its own entrance overlooking the garden and the marshes.

You will be totally autonomous thanks to a secure key box, and will have no visual or sound contact with our main house.

Privacy is guaranteed – as is the feeling of being a little "at home" elsewhere.

Free parking in front of the accommodation.

Everything is provided for a serene and unsurprising stay

🕒 Self-arrival from 5 p.m., departure until 11 a.m.

🧼 Everything necessary is included: bed linen, towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, household products, etc.

🧱 The studio is part of the main building of our house, but it is completely independent, with no shared space. You are at home, with all the peace and quiet you need.

🌳 The calm of the place is precious. You may hear the birds singing or the wind in the trees.

🚉 Nearby train stations (RER D'Ballancourt 5 min, RER C Bouray 10 min), Paris less than an hour away.

🍞 Itteville downtown 10 min walk: artisan bakery (renowned tradition!), grocery store, bar/PMU, pharmacy, post office, historic church.PGJyPg�PGJyPg 🛒 Commercial area 5 min by car: Intermarché, Action, Gifi, Picard, McDonald's, Burger King, etc.

✈️ The famous Cerny air show takes place every year at 5 minutes, as does a monthly car rally. Amateurs welcome!
