The studio is about 400 square feet with his own brand new heating and cooling pump system.

The open concept unit is divided in different areas:
 
-The living area with the convertible sofa, coffee table and cable TV (50 + channels).
-The kitchen and dining area : Fully equipped kitchenette and dining table.
-The sleeping area : At the back of the studio with a bulk bed, two single beds
 -The full bathroom with bathtub will accommodate families with young kids.


This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with hotel grade mattresses. Guests confort is our priority.
 
It features a furnished and equipped kitchenette where you will be able to cook like a check the catch of the day. Also, you will be able to grill fish and meat form one of our outdoor charcoal grilled available in the common area (back of the property).

Enjoy the covered back deck with his nice view facing some centenary trees at the property. Great for chilling during sunny morning or warm evening !
 
For any need of washing your clothes, no problem ! Another building with free access allow you to enjoy two washers and two dryers on site (credit card only).
