We’ve stayed at Paradise Village numerous years. It’s always a great visit whether we’re with our family or on a couple get away. Utah’s Best Vacations has always been very helpful and responsive.

Property needs a little refresh

Home is great lots of room but it could use some refreshing. Carpets are stained, bedding is stained, Dining room and bar stools are sinking which makes them super uncomfortable and couches were worn and not comfortable either. The dining room lighting is missing a glass globe. Water pressure was horrible. 4 Rolls of Toliet paper for a week rental is pretty bad. We have stayed in Paradise Village for 10 years so I know homes/furniture aren't brand new but I would opt for a different house next year unless this one had a revamping.

Fun in the Sun

We loved this property! The patio could of been a little cleaner but other then the hat we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Loved the pools and pickle ball. The purpose of our trip was to go to a show at Tuacahn and we loved that it was close. Overall, we would use this house again! Kitchen was fully equipped and the linens were super comfy and so were the beds.

Beautiful VRBO deserving of better access to internet

The listing, home, area, accomodations are amazing. The cost, home, and nearby water spots are amazing. We only used wifi for in between activities and at night and it was terrible. Connected with the host multiple times and they blamed the heat (we are from arizona). We asked where the internet setup was and were ghosted so couldn't even try an internet reset. Would have been a raving review if the owner would have given this more attention vs how it was handled.

Fun getaway plenty of room

The house is great, beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space. A few complaints… the code would not work on front door, only casita. Also, the kitchen is lacking supplies like dish soap and dish towels, and the tvs are glitchy. But overall we had a great time.

Loved it!

Beds were comfortable—several appliances; mother in law master suite was great!!! Dining chairs and bar stools not comfortable but plentiful! Loved the extra table and chairs in the garage. Water pressure great and sink disposal was nice and fresh.

Weekend getaway

My family decided last minute to get to St. George for Labor Day and we couldn’t believe this house was still available. It was perfect for our family. The carpets were a little stained, but it didn’t bother us. Bed were comfortable, but tall for us short people. My neices and nephews loved the bunk room. We would stay here again.

We love staying at Paradise Village at Zion!! Our second time and it didn’t disappoint!

Plenty of room for all 16 of us. The home was comfy and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Incredible Vacation

I'm not entirely sure where to start. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. The community itself is also quite nice, with everything you could possibly want for a good vacation. Great proximity to Snow Canyon, and having the grocery store within walking distance was a nice bonus. We had a great stay, and the kids are already pestering me to return in the future.

Beautiful home close to Snow Canyon & Tuacahn

We really loved this house. It is in the most beautiful part of St George (in our opinion). Amazing to see the red rock cliffs of Snow Canyon right as you drive out of the neighborhood. The property was super clean and in great shape and the amenities were perfect for our family. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and very clean. Plenty of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Multiple hide a beds and air mattress. The kitchen was very well stocked and had plenty of seating. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. The garage was fully stocked with a wagon, ping pong table, pickle ball, and lots of other ball. The only thing they could use is a ball pump and most of the balls were flat. We had an issue with the toaster and management brought us a new one the next day. We will stay here again for sure.

Great Stay

Would definitely stay again. It did not come stocked with all the things that we usually expect at a vacation rental, but overall we had everything we needed. Everything was super clean. I had sent some emails and messages to the company to ask some questions and never heard back, but it was nothing pressing so it was totally fine. We all had a great stay! Thanks so much!

A few issues

The house was beautiful and well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the couches and furniture were great for our whole group! The pools were fun! The AC kept us nice and cool while it was 113° outside. The floors may have been vacuumed but I don't think the carpets were shampooed or the tile mopped. Our socks got super dirty walking around from day 1. The fridge and freezer barely cooled our food. We did put some room temperature things in like small bottles/jars of condiments but most of it was already chilled and needing to stay cold like milk, eggs, lunch meats, cheese, etc. The freezer took at least 36 hours to freeze Otter Pops. The washer stopped working after 1 load and gave an error message E1/F3. It wouldn't spin the laundry so it was sopping wet. The final problem was the bathroom off the room with the bunk beds. The tub floor was super slick and didn't have any kind of non-skid coating or grip. The final day I slipped in the bathtub and fell hurting my back pretty badly. Overall, the house suited our needs well but a few minor fixes and it would have been a perfect 10/10.

Family reunion

This house was great for our family. It was very spacious and well maintained. The community is awesome with the 2 pool areas and nearby pickleball and volleyball courts

Great Big house!

Our stay was over all great! the house was huge! we were VERY comfortable! Everything was wondering EXEPT the hot tub and fire pit area. The water was green and gross! that was so disappointing due to that was one of the main features we got the house. Also the fireplace area was gross and was not clean. Previous chocolate and marshmallows was sticky and everywhere, we cleaned up some because it was just gross. Other then that It was great!

Perfect

This property is beautiful. I was just me, my toddler and my baby so we didn’t need that many rooms, but we loved the atmosphere and the private hot tub was definitely the selling point! We want to go back in the spring and actually go to the kids water par. It looks amazing!

Good location, but rental needs improvement

The location of the rental was good and we enjoyed that. The rental, however is worn out and not very clean. One of the blankets that was on the bed was so dirty that we removed it and used blankets that we found around the house instead. The kitchen was lacking decent utensils - there were two spatulas that were both plastic and melted. Most of the serving dishes were cheap plastic. We visited other rentals where friends were staying and there was a big difference in how well appointed their rental was. I would stay in the same location again, but not in this unit.
