Bostadsområde
Förutom sina två sovrum har huvudvåningen också ett kontor, kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet kan plats 7 och har en TV och öppen spis. Kökets stora östolar 5, medan matsalen har plats för 6. Förutom de 3 sovrum på övervåningen finns det också ett familjerum med pentry och ett halvt bad.

Vila och fritid
Arcadia 5 har också en täckt balkong utanför andra våningen med stor röd stenutsikt och en uteplats från bottenvåningen med grill.

Bara nerför gatan är Archie Gubler Park, där du kan njuta av lekplatsen, stänkplattan, volleybollplanen och betongbollbanorna.

Inga husdjur är tillåtna. Det finns ingen rökning tillåten i villorna eller i orten. Det kommer att finnas ytterligare $ 1 000 st��davgift om husdjur har stannat i eller det har varit rökning i villan.

Number 4 Arcadia

It was beautiful. Are biggest complaints we’re tv and internet. Also the wave pool and hot tub had to much chlorine we had chlorine burns on our skin. Otherwise we loved the house

Fall break with friends and family

Property was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. Teenagers loved having their own space upstairs. Good location for outdoor activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was seamless and smooth. We were given info for checking in prior to arrival that we could relay to those of our party. It gave us a code and we keylessly entered it and were able to access the Villa. Everything was clean and inviting. There was a nice welcome message and some coupons for restaurants in the area and a couple of small bottles of sunscreen. It's a beautiful location and this is the second visit we've made there. We will probably return next year, though it gets busier each year in the pool-lazy river area, and they're still building new homes and Villas.

First, the location is great if you're looking to hit national and state parks, and the view of Snow Canyon is wonderful. The rental unit was fantastic ... brand new, well-finished, with WAY more than enough room for our family. The resort amenities were great as well ... with a few small caveats. There is a great pool/lazy river, a clubhouse with games/activities for the kids, and a snack bar with cheap food options. As of August 2019, there is still a "work-in-progress" feel to the resort though. Several units are still under construction, and the resort seems to be working out a few small kinks (e.g., key fobs for the pool gate, open hours of the snack bar). Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this spot.

Everything was as perfect as it could be--the 2 side by side homes we rented, the pools, the clubhouse, the location, the employees. We had a WONDERFUL, MARVELOUS time! We had a big group of 32 people and found splitting the family into two units worked better than us all being in one larger home elsewhere. I hate to give a glowing review because I'd like to keep the knowledge to ourselves--ha ha. We lived 5 nights in luxury.

Oh, and it was close to Tuacahn and not far from restaurants, groceries, etc. The area is beautiful! We found a neat place to take family pictures while we were there.
