Loved the property - it was new, clean, and very well kept (and I have super high standards when it comes to cleanliness!)! The house was spacious and easily accommodated our party of three couples and six kids. In fact, we could have easily invited a fourth couple and kids to join, as there is so much space! The proximity to the pool area was perfect - you just walk across the street and you're there. And, proximity to state parks and Zion was wonderful as well.
Downsides - the wifi is absolutely horrible. If you need to work while you're there, you'd want to bring an alternative source for internet.
Additionally, apparently management is going in a "different direction" in terms of the activities they offer for kids. As in - they no longer offer any. One of the reasons we chose Arcadia was because it seemed very family oriented and kid focused, with tons of crafts and different organized activities for kids throughout the week. With none of that offered any longer, I'm not sure there is much that differentiates this resort community from any other typical resort.
