âI loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. Honestly if i come back to Osaka i would stay here again.â

âWe loved our layover 1 night stay at Star gates hotel with free water for us was a super plus. The rooms are dated but they are super clean and huge for Japan room sizing. All 4 of us got a bed which was opposite of all our previous hotels. Best view of Japan and we will visit and state at star gates hotel again. Staff was amazing and we had them hold our luggageâs while we walk the local shopping mall. â
