“We were so impressed by the kindness and flexibility during our stay. They accommodated an early check-in, had all of our luggage from our previous hotel waiting in our room, and even included thoughtful touches (handwritten welcome note).
The hospitality was exceptional and made this one of our favorite travel experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!”

“Upea pieni Luxury/boutiquehotelli, jossa koko asunto samassa!

“This is only sort of kind of the whole property, Kyoto has very strict tax laws and needs to have a front desk and therefore part of the property is that, additionally the upper floors are inhabited, but none of that matters really because of how wonderful the people and the space are.”
