"We like the location close to Shinjuku station. We have stayed at this hotel before and were prepared for the small rooms. No place to open up your bag other then having it on the bed. Breakfast, both western and Japanese were good."

"So my friends and I booked this hotell because of the Godzilla theme, who dosnt want to be protected by a giant lizard right? The rooms were resonable priced with all you could wish for. Staff was great, the ability to do your own laundry at the hotell is a nice touch, however they do offer laundry service aswell at good prices. The hotels location is probably as good as it gets for tourists in shinjuku. All and all i would come here again if i ever visit Tokyo again."

"We are so happy with our stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious (the entire hotel was stunning). The room was also very quiet which I was extremely grateful for since I'm a light sleeper. The view from the room over the garden was absolutely amazing. The wifi in the room and in the hotel in general was very reliable. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from and almost all of the food had information on allergens. The staff were friendly and helpful, the staff in charge of check in/check out didn't know that much English but communicated through a translating app, which worked fine. The staff at the information reception knew English and were very helpful when we needed to book a taxi for the following day."
