“The hotel is a little dated, especially the pool area. The food is average. But if you're not looking for anything super fancy, this is a very comfortable place to stay at, breathtaking views and the staff are wonderful. Definitely upgrade to the all-inclusive package. All the drinks and meals add up quickly. ”

“The property is on the older side but well maintained. The beach is steps away from Playa Ropa. The only down fall is there is no ice machine on the premises and no refrigerator in the rooms. ”

“Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two kids. This hotel is the best in Ixtapa for kids as it is enclosed, has several good pools and lots of kids activities and nanny service. Its next to the beach but a few km out from actual Ixtapa.”
