Hotell med parkering i Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo

“ Very nice property in a bad area of Zihua. Pool is small and obstructed from the sun on 4 sides which didn’t work for us. Wouldn’t stay there again but only based on location and the pool.”

“Small room”

“The hotel was filthy, cockroaches everywhere in the reception and hallway (not in the room though, what I could see). The bedsheets had stains on them and the room felt dirty in generell. Also the staff tried to give us a inferior room at first, but we stood up, saying that it was not what we payed for. So evetually we got the room we´ve pree-booked, but the guy got pretty grumpy about it. It was really not a good hotel experience at all. I strongly recommend others to choose another hotel.”

“Funciono, bien el aire, no ocupe la alberca, hubo un inconveniente con la reservación, a pesar de yo haber selecciónado 2 adultos y un menor de 13 años , en la estancia querían cobrar extra por el menor del 20% alegando que la plataforma de expedia esta en un error , que los menores que ellos aceptan son de 7 años. Al final se resolvió y respetaron la reservación, pero ojo a ese detalle.”
