“It is a Great place to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The food was great with a taste of traditional Mexican cuisine. The nightly shows are enjoyable!! The Staff is amazingly excellent from the room service to the outdoors. The service at the Caracol Bar with Lucio, Anibal, and Carlos was Excellent. The Premium Lounge had great selection of snacks and food and Guadalupe made it special with her great service. We had a great time at the late night bar with live music and refreshing...

“Atendieron la observación sobre la regadera del baño, que no filtraba el agua eficiente en la coladera y lo que no nos gustó que un día antes de la salida desactivaron las llaves electrónicas para ingresar a la habilitación y tuvimos que acudir a la recepción de nueva cuenta sin ninguna disculpa del personal.”

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”
