“Originally given the wrong type of room. Property overall was great, but the beds were really hard and so were the pillows, which made it hard to get a good nights rest. Food was very repetitive, Best was El Faro. Air conditioned game room is needed with pool tables, ping pong, lotería. Evening entertainment was good. Pool and activities ended too early especially for young adults. Property is beautiful, does not lend itself to walking, but transportation is available.”

“Being diabetic and didn’t have a Mini fridge in the room, that makes it hard when have to travel with a medical condition that requires having the medication refrigerated When I talk to the Expedia costumers service they couldn’t help me to find a solution and the hotel didn’t offer a cooler with ice for the medication They told me to take the medicine to the nursing room I was on the 22 th floor and the nurses room was on the bottom floor that is not convenient solution”

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”
