We wished that we had the opportunity If you would attempt to contact the management here at hotel they would be pleased to help you during your stay.If a guests makes Economıc room(small room) reservation we give him /her a -Economic room. if ıt ıs possible we give you standart roomIf it is not possible due to the high occupancy or etc. the reception team always informs the guest during check-in procedure.In terms of the other aspects of your stay, I have passed on your review to the relevant department heads as we aim to provide a very high level of service to each and every guest and I can assure you that they will utilize your feedback to ensure positive changes.Our team will be pleased to help you.every timeYour second comment was about the ‘’black mold’’ in the shower, which is a chemical reaction occurred after the epoxy bathtub &shower repairing, not a ‘’dirt’’.
