“Would have rated this higher except that there were a couple of times that I smelled cigarette smoke near the entrance due to workers smoking right outside the front door (one time I saw the worker, the other time it seemed that way but I didn't see it, just could smell it by the breakfast area). Would suggest not allowing workers to smoke that close to the entrance. I am a big fan of Holiday Inn Express & Suites and probably the main reason is due to how smoke-free they keep their hotels.”

“Never saw any staff at all during 4 day stay. My friend arrived early and got both separate room keys. I was able to walk right into the room area without seeing anyone. Exterior doors were open and unable to be secured. Anybody could walk in. Room was clean but old and worn. No desk chair, no handles on closet, just nails. No microwave. “The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. “The two ladies that hosted “Happy Hour” were wonderful. We don’t drink but we did go down for hors d’oeuvres. These two ladies were friendly, inviting and very helpful. Did I mention generous!?!
