“I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!”

“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

“Great location, nice people”

“Good hotel”

“Most of the areas were spotless. When I came down to the lobby Sunday morning, there were still glasses and plates on one of the tables from last night. Not sure why it wasn't cleaned. Overall our visit was fine. We didn't use the pool or gym as we were on the go so I can't rate those. Prices for a small bag of chips or an ice tea were on the expensive side.”

“The lower bed was great to sit on and sleep on---very comfortable!! Although I did not have the opportunity to be acquainted with the roommates, nonetheless, they were both courteous and respectful. The room was slightly chilly---certainly Autumnal---the room was very comfortable and clean, and the room was not stuffy at all. A very restful experience. Breakfast was delicious, with a Bagel and Weetabix frosted cereal and lovely cold Peach Punch. It really filled the spot!! I enjoyed...

“Visiting Columbus for a concert. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to local dining and Ohio Stadium. Bonus was a free shuttle running to the concert venue which I wasn’t aware of before arriving. And we had a haunted toilet 👍”

“Bed bugs”

“Breakfast is barebones so if there are any dietary requirements or issues it'll be a no-go. It doesn't matter because there are so many great options for breakfast nearby. The room was large with a full-sized fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.”

“Had to be let in each time to got to room”
