“WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. STAFF WAS GREAT.”

“Great hotel for being in the Center of town and walk to restaurants shops and activities. Hotel was quiet even with a hub of activity going on so great place to unwind after a long day. A very nice library for guests to relax beautifully furnished with fireplace. Room we stayed in was efficient and appointed with comfort items including insulated backpack that was custom packed for our day trips. “The people who work at The Cloudveil have the best customer service of any hotel I have ever stayed at. Gabe, Rachel, and Chetney from the concierge and Westin and Jose from the front desk as well as some of the others all go above and beyond for the guests. It was unlike anything I have ever seen in hospitality, and my partner and I are both well traveled both internationally and within the US. “The hotel was nice and clean. There is a personal shuttle that takes you to and from the town center, but you have to request it personally to drive you and pick you up. ”

“We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed- including a hair dryer! The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. Location is close to Jackson square with all the shopping and restaurants. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Would stay again. Highly recommend.”
