was informed the indoor pool was out of order.
• Upon arrival I was informed the hot tub was out of order
• Upon entering my room, the thermostat only allowed the room to a maximum temperature of 70 degree’s – it was 11 degrees’ outside, and my room was chilly at best.
• The fireplace only allowed you to keep it on for 20 minutes on a timer – the timer was so loud you could not use it night it was so noisy.
• The shower the 1st night was only at best Lukewarm, halfway into my shower it went cold I had to rush to rinse off, while I was shivering, then getting out the room was also cold.
• The safe that I went to use was not working.
• The TV remote did not work at all, you would have to scroll through channel 1 ,2,3 then channel 2,1,2,3 then 3,1,2,3 and so on if you wanted to watch the news which was on channel 41.2 it took forever if you wanted to watch a different channel you would have to go through that process each and every time, I called the front desk they said they did not know how to operate the TV.
• The couch in the living area the cushions were jacked up it was so uncomfortable the only way to watch TV was in your bed.
• As I stated I paid for Monday and Tuesday, after Monday night, I left and drove to Montana where I had a pleasant experience.
• I was such a terrible experience I will probably never go back to Jackson Hole, which is a great town, but the accommodations were so bad…………………………….
• Now I have to follow up for 2 days to receive certificate, still no c
