Kom och bo i den största semesteruthyrningen i Jackson!

Detta historiska hem byggdes 1939 och har mycket gammal charm i en av de äldsta stadsdelarna i Jackson. Vi övervägde att kalla det Granny's Abode. Det var en avskärmning och var ledig i två år innan vi förvärvade den. Vi genomförde en omfattande rehabilitering med dig i åtanke. Detta hus gjordes specifikt för att vara en semesteruthyrning.

MYCKET VIKTIGT: Om du inte stannar bara för tyst njutning, måste någon typ av evenemang, aktivitet eller festival helt avslöjas och godkännas innan du bokar med extra kostnad.

Många olika promenader i livet har stannat kvar i huset. Människor har kommit för bröllopsmottagningar, cocktailparty, basebollag, politiska evenemang och enkel ganska njutning. Mississippi Museum of Art har också bokat huset. De hade en berömd konstnär vistelse, Jeffrey Gibson. De filmade en dokumentär om hans konst på fastigheten.

Fastigheten har en gästenhet. Enheten delar en liten vägg med ett av sovrummen i denna lista. Om du inte har bokat gästsenheten i anslutning till den här listan, kan du höra små ljud från grannarna, men ingenting som borde påverka din vistelse eller sömn.

Nostalgia

We stayed at Magnolia Manor while attending a funeral in Jackson. Soooooo beautiful --- it brought back so many memories growing up in similar homes. My sister can't wait to visit so we can cook and fill the house with wonderful smells and aromas and sit around and reminisce of days gone by. A wonderful place for family and memoroes.

We enjoyed our stay. The home had plenty of room but it needed a downstairs bathroom. The showers were not working properly and the hot water didn't seem to last long. The location was good and the host was very good with communication.

Family Weekend

We flew in for a family weekend and the house did not disappoint. The layout of the house was great for our group. From the linens to the kitchen, everything was well stocked and then some. The communication with Ashley was great. We had a wonderful stay.

Family Weddings

We were in town for a family wedding, and this home was a great meeting place for my children and my spouse to get a good visit in and attend the wedding. Beds were comfortable, the atmosphere of he home was very nice. The outside porch was a great for us to sit and visit.. There is also a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Lil oasis of Seclusion

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Manor!! There was plenty of room for us to congregate as well as have our own areas. It is convenient to highways and restaurants. I would recommend if you are heading to the Jackson area!!

Magnolia Manor is a beautiful home. We rented it for my son’s wedding. Plenty of room for our family plus his groomsmen stayed one night and got dressed for the wedding at the house. It was close to the church and to the reception venue. Uber was easy transportation. Definitely would stay here again.

Large house, great for family gathering

We had a graduation, and many people coming and staying in various places in Jackson. With the rain and event delays, and relocations, this house was a great center to meet up. The house has a bedroom on the bottom floor which was great for my 85 year old mom. We did not cook during our stay but the kitchen seemed stocked well. The large dining area, was perfect for sitting for the family, perfect for gathering to decide how to pivot our plans. It is close to the manship area, which has beer, and pizza which was great. It is also in the Belhaven area which has beautiful historical homes, very fun to walk around. Also, very close to Millsaps and Belhaven Universities.

Timeless Charm

Magnolia Manor and it’s adjoining apt was the perfect Oasis for our team of 10. The location was great. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were clean and supplies were furnished for our needs, even mints next to our beds. Communication was very timely and helpful throughout the full 2 weeks. Great location/lots of room

We were in Jackson for a graduation with family. This was the perfect place with lots of room and great location to everything. The back deck was a great place to relax and grill. The bedrooms were big and comfortable. We will definitely stay again when visiting Jackson. Brad and Jo were very responsive and helpful with our stay. I had to change dates and that was no problem at all.

Welcome week at Belhaven University.

My family of four stayed at this lovely home during the time to settle my son into Belhaven University for his freshman year. This home was absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and did not disappoint. The hosts were great! They were quick with replying and super communicators. It had plenty of room and space for everyone-would be perfect for a larger party as well. We definitely enjoyed our time there. It was comfy and cozy. We would recommend this home to anyone and would be eager to come back!

Celebrated Thanksgiving with family from six different states.

Magnolia Manor will be a welcome site for family and friends seeking a property with plenty of room to entertain a large gathering. Just imagine a warm & charming home with a touch of New Orleans! The owners, Jo & Brad, were very accessible and responded quickly to any questions or concerns regarding our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a "nice surprise" in the Belhaven area of Jackson, MS. We hope to stay here again next year! Stu

Great homebase for a large group

This is the place! It was lovely. I stayed here with my husband and his extended family to attend a graduation ceremony. This was the ideal place for our large group to stay together and enjoy our time in Jackson, MS. The house is historic and large enough for us to spread out and get plenty of breathing room - they don't make 'em like this anymore! I especially enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the deck and watching all of the red cardinals flitting about. We were able to cook onsite and enjoyed being central to much of what Jackson has to offer. Our hosts, Jo and Brad, were very communicative and accommodating. They answered our questions in the weeks leading up to our stay. They were great VRBO hosts! Stop scrolling, this is the spot!
