Perfekt läge för Storyland, skidbackar, vandring och North Conway

Vårt fritidshus ligger i Mount Washington-området i New Hampshire, USA. Dessa lägenheter har cirka 1700 kvadratmeter (~ 165 kvm) och har direkt utsikt över Mount Washington och raviner. Sovrum med dubbelsäng och privat badrum, ett andra sovrum med två enkelsängar och ett stort loft med ytterligare två enkelsängar. Den första våningen har ett andra badrum, kök, foajé och ett stort vardagsrum med högt i tak (~ 16 fot). Matbord (sitter 6-8) och frukostkrok med mindre bord (sitter 4). Från vardagsrummet kan du gå ut på däck med utsikt över bergen. Andra bekvämligheter inkluderar LCD-TV, radio, CD- och DVD-spelare, elektroniskt piano / tangentbord, trådlöst internet, dator (så att du inte behöver ta med dig), skrivare för rabatterade biljetter online, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, utomhusgrill, etc.

Det finstilta: ingen rökning, inga husdjur, max 6 personer, det finns en trappa för att nå huvudentrén.


Det finns mycket att göra året runt. Vinterskidor, med minst fyra stora skidområden inom 10 minuters bilresa. Attitash, Cranmore Mt., Black Mt., Wildcat är bara några exempel. 30 minuter bort har du tillgång till Bretton Woods, Canon Mt., Loon Mt. och mer. Sommaren är bäst för vandring eller golf. I vårt hus hittar du en bergsguide, trailkartor och en ryggsäck. Barn 12 och yngre (såväl som vuxna) kan njuta av Story Land på gångavstånd. Tre eller fler golfbanor finns i närheten i Jackson, Eagle House och Mount Washington-hotellet. Mount Washington har olika åtkomstvägar. Du kan köra upp till Mt Washington på en naturskön väg eller hoppa på en skåpbil. Kugghjulet med autentisk motor från mitten av 1800 och bilar är det roligaste (förutom vandring) att gå uppför berget (i 45deg sluttning). Hösten är full av färg, New England är ett resmål för vackert bladverk. Andra attraktioner, vinterösterrikiska slädturer i den närliggande Jackson-byn, shopping och butiker i North Conway, 10 minuter bort, och många restauranger och kaféer.

Wonderful, easy, comfortable stay!

This was not our first stay in this condo and we would definitely stay again! We love this location. The condo is clean, comfortable and has space for everyone. Be aware that the mini split doesn’t cool the downstairs bedrooms but that would only be a problem on a rare hot night. I only mention it because AC is important to my group on the occasion it is needed to sleep.

Great property with fantastic views

We stayed a week with two kids and grandma in this great condo. Website photos don’t do the justice to the great location, 360 degree views and all amenities inside. It definitely exceeded our expectations.Kitchen is great and having real fire in the thermostat-controlled stove/fire place is priceless when you come from cold and snow adventures. Wood panels on the walls and ceiling add to the charm and warmth of the living room and loft. Kids absolutely loved the loft with little pool table, beds and had a lots of fun there and having their own space. We did a lot of skiing and site seeing. There are numerous locations for downhill, cross country, not to mention many backcountry trails in close proximity to the condo.There are plenty of shopping, dining and great tourist attractions within 10-20min drive. Still there was simply not enough time to visit all the places we wanted. We would love to come back to this very condo again.

Amazing Quiet Getaway

My family and I loved every bit of our winter getaway here! The place was clean, heat worked great, all instructions/communication with the owner were very clear and the views from the location were absolutely breath taking. We didn't want to leave! The place was quiet, cute, cozy and comfy. There was also a washer/ dryer available which was such a convenience. Definitely will be back! 10/10

Great view!

We (5 adults) spent a long weekend here during the peak leaf change. I can’t imagine a better view from any other condo in the White Mountains! Absolutely gorgeous! The condo was at the back of a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all the hiking and activities we had planned. The inside was a bit dated but that wasn’t the reason for the trip so it didn’t really bother us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The condo was roomy for the five of us. There were plenty of bath and hand towels but only two wash cloths. The checkout process was a bit tedious but it definitely would not stop us from staying here again!

Very clean comfortable well stocked condo

Came up for hiking and fall colors. Great location for hiking trails Beautiful views from apartment but brought chairs to sit out on lawn with even better views. Very well stocked for cooking and dining. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve been in. We’d definitely go back.

Nice Weekend in Mountains

Property was nice, however, we were surprised that we needed to make our own beds upon arrival, strip the beds upon departure. Empty the dish washer before leaving, which delays departure and follow a series of shut down procedures which normally are handled by a cleaning staff. There was a complicated heating system to warm the living area. Finally figured it out on last day. Just want others to be prepared and not expect walk-in-ready conditions. Nice Location.

Great location for enjoying the mountains of New Hampshire, whether from the deck with a cup of coffee or on foot on a hiking trail. A short drive to Vintage Bakery, North Conway, Jackson, Crawford Notch, and Pinkham Notch. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped for self-catering, and communication with the owner was friendly, prompt, and accurate. Did I mention dark skies for stargazing? Would love to go back!

Christmas Mountain Chalet

My family and I were extremely happy with our 10 night stay at Christmas Mountain.The property was immaculate and very comfortably furnished. All of our needs were met and surpassed. Fresh bedding, thick fluffy towels, a fully applianced kitchen, even games and books to enjoy. The chalet was spacious with a spectacular mountain view. Our hosts couldn't have been any nicer. They quickly responded to any of our questions, and offered great suggestions for local eateries and things to do. We give them the highest recommendation, definitely super hosts.

Weekend Getaway

Overall, Fred's condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. My wife and I, along with our daughter and her family were looking for a condo convenient to Story Land and North Conway but at the same time away from the busy downtown area. This condo checked all the boxes and then some. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Fred was an excellent host as well. We didn't have any issues, but when I did need to reach out to him he responded promptly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Fred as an owner and his condo as a property and would visit it again the next time I vacation/getaway in the North Conway area.

Wonderful stay in the mountains

Beautiful views and plenty of space! Great location for skiing and hiking. We went to Attitash and Jackson XC skiing; both of which were a short drive away. The gas fireplace was very nice- warmed us up after a day skiing and creates a lovely environment. There is plenty of common space and seating. The check-in list was a little intimidating, but it went smoothly and didn't take long at all. Overall, we had a great stay!

Amazing views!

Me and my family booked a last minute trip to NH and stayed here. The property was in a great location, central to all we had planned to do. The property was spacious and well equipped. The owners were great with communication, answering all of my questions in a timely manner. My favorite part of our stay was the amazing views from the living room and deck.

Comfortable Condo with Great View

A very spacious, well-stocked condo with a fantastic view of Mt. Washington. The condo gave the 5 adults in my party plenty of privacy and we cooked many meals in the kitchen. The location is quiet yet close to many activities (N. Conway, Attitash, Pinkham Notch, etc). Fred was very responsive to any questions we had. An enjoyable stay!

Great Views, Great Condo.

First time we've rented a condo in this section and was very pleasantly surprised. Tons of seating and a nice wide open living room. Plenty of beds and places for people to also have privacy away from others. Unexpected great views of the mountains right from the kitchen table was a lovely bonus. Road noise was minimal/not existent compared to other experiences in the area. Kringles pizza was delicious and convenient. Everyone had an awesome time and would stay here again. This is not at all a complaint, but only thing we haven't experienced before was the water was turned off for the unit and part of the check-in included instructions to turn it on which only took 30 seconds. Mentioning this just because it scared us a little when we went to wash our hands upon arrival and none of the faucets worked LOL. Lovely stay and a thank you to Fred!
