“The front desk Julian was great!”

“Staff was great and the property itself was very well maintained. Rooms were clean and ready to go. Drove to the hotel for a cruise and it was in a great spot. Close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do(beach,restaurants.) Parking was very reasonable as well for the cruise portion. Will stay here moving forward. ”

“When we arrived we were notified that construction would be going on. That should have been on the listing. Due to the construction the pool and gym facilities were unavailable, however, you could get a 2-hour pass to the neighboring hotel. When we arrived at our hotel room there was a notice posted on the door stating the water would be shut off from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We were not notified at check-in about this situation. “This is a beautiful and clean hotel. We wished we could have stayed longer. Great staff and the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a laundry room that we could use. I will be looking for TownePlace Suites from now on.”

“It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. “Everything was great. However, they need to have someone clean the outside sitting area. I sat out every night for a bit and the tables were never cleaned. Had a bit of a tough time with one of the tvs, but I figured it out!!. I'll definitely stay again.”

“Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.”

“I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.”
