Hotell nära Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens

“This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service. “Outside appearance was good but check in area is very small, it’s just like budget in motel for me, the place is not hotel looking inside. But if people are looking for budget friendly place, this one is okay. But for me I may not come back again. Note: you will pay extra for cooking utensils and plates.”

“We rested well for one night. We appreciated the big door that separates the bedroom from the bathroom area and, thus, any noise from the hallway. We’ll be back!”

“All things considered this was a great stay. However the property is undergoing renovations therefore a lot of construction. The pool is under construction and not available but there was a contingency plan available with use of the pool on the property next door. The water was down when we arrived but our room wasn’t ready anyway so we went out for lunch, by the time we got back water was restored. It went out again the next day for several hours due to construction but in the middle of the day...

“The Hotel was nice. Our room was for most parts. The bathroom was the worse of our stay. The bathroom was clean at all. The shower still had hair in it. The stank was nasty had old water stains in it.”

“Located on a large lake / waterway associated with a natural preserve. Very lovely view out back on the terrace. Very peaceful and quiet. Plus lots of really good shops and restaurants just across the street. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Good exercise room, but few weight stations. Hated that we had to pay $20 just to park our car in the hotel parking lot, that seems ridiculous!”

“I had a decent stay, the hotel was clean but completely empty. Most of the lights were off in the lobby at night. The morning breakfast was nice as it included yogurt and various cereals as well as some eggs. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall good stay!”

“Rummet var stort, fräscht och välstädat. Personalen väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående och gör det lilla extra för att säkerställa att vistelsen blir bra. Poolområdet är mysigt och välordnat. Totalt sett ett väldigt välskött och mysigt hotell, vars ägare verkar genuint intresserade av att driva just ett hotell och se till att gästerna får den bästa upplevelsen. De hade till exempel satt upp en hängmatta för att ytterligare förbättra ett mysigt poolhäng. Hit vill vi komma tillbaka!”
