3 days in Ponte Vedra
The condo had a beautiful view of the sea and a fabulous walking beach. We went boating with friends on the intercoastal waterway, ate fine seafood, and enjoyed lovely weather.

Beach vacation
Wonderful condo, all the necessary amenities, very neat and clean. Fabulous few of the beach from our 2nd floor deck/patio. Enjoyed an extremely relaxing vacation. Surf Villas at Sawgrass
I just returned home after staying 2 weeks at Surf Villas. Everything was excellent. The condo was spotless and nicely furnished. The view from the back patio is beautiful and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The surrounding area is very nice with plenty of good restaurants. The property manager Marita was fantastic to deal with and always responded right away. I look forward to returning and highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous extended stay
We had a wonderful two month stay in this lovely, thoughtfully designed beach front condo. Kitchen is adequately equipped for two people with a new coffee maker. Double sinks in the bathroom and an updated shower made mornings easy. The shady deck with table and chairs were perfect for coffee at sunrise and dining al fresco at sundown. Property manager, Marita, made herself available for any questions/concerns. Highly recommend this condo!

the perfect spot.
Stayed here a month at this very nice property overlooking the ocean, which is literally steps away. This unit has some nice upgrades from other typical one BR, such as double sinks and more updated decor. The area is safe, secure and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Marita, the managing agent, checked on us not only when we arrived, but also periodically later as the need dictated.

Great home away from home!
We loved staying at Marita's home. Being from out of state, it was a perfect escape for the long weekend. Marita was great and super responsive! We are already dreaming about our next trip to Sawgrass!

Fantastic oceanfront condo!
Extremely nice short-term rental property in convented Sawgrass area. Close attention has been made and high-end upgrades in kitchen and bath. Clean, cared for and quiet. Plus, the beautiful beach and ocean is only a few steps away, or sit on your deck to watch the waves and sunrise! We will definitely return!

Quick Visit
This condo is a gem. We appreciated the direct access to the beach just north of the Sawgrass Country Club (for members only). The neighborhood felt safe and the grounds reflected excellent standards of care and maintenance. Marita was readily available for any issues needing attention. We were delighted to stay in such a high-quality property.

Great location. Beautiful view!
Great property. Perfect for most couples. My husband is 81 and has a very bad heart so (for that reason only), it was not easy getting to the beach.

Great condo on the beach
We had a great time at the 1 BR condo on the beach. The condo has been gutted in the last few years and had all of the amenities you would expect from an oceanfront condo in Ponte Vedra.

Steps from perfect running & walking beach
Very much enjoyed our week in Ponte Vedra area. Extremely clean & safe area surrounding by incredible multi-million dollar homes. My wife & I both like to run & walk. Incredible flat beach goes miles in both directions. Condo was clean & comfortable with direct access to beach (just walk across the yard)

Beach Villas
We used to own a condo in the same complex and were absolutely taken back by the updated style and decor of this unit. Maurita was excellent and communicated well when we needed anything. We hope to come back and stay again in the near future. We would like to personally thank Maurita for all of her hospitality and aside from the inclement weather, a wonderful and relaxing stay on the beaches of Ponte Vedra! Definitely recommend!

OMG the view
We had a wonderful stay Bad weather didn't interfere. The pics did not do it justice. Ocean view in your face. wonderful host bottle of wine and sparkling water waiting for us. Only glitch starting the washer and adjusting thermostat. Ask when you get there problem solved.

Perfect and private Ponte Vedra Beach
Breathtaking view upon entering property which only got better when we stepped onto the deck and of course, made our way to the beach. So appreciate the owner providing beach chairs upon request and Marita was available and responsive via text. Quiet, private, clean...both the property and the beach! Well appointed unit. Will return.

Anniversary Getaway
Well equipped unit with a great ocean view and convenient short walk to the beach. Kitchen had everything you need and up to date. The perfect Ocean View

The views are amazing
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is literally on the water in a very nice area and also close to restaurants and grocery. The unit was clean and well decorated. Marita was very responsive to our questions about the unit. We walked the beach every morning and night looking for shells. We will definitely be back!

Great condo, will rent again!!
Have rented many condos in Sawgrass and this was one of the nicer units for sure! Easy to rent, very responsive property manager, very clean and up to date. Great sunrises every morning right from the balcony. Will definitely rent again.

Ideal Beach Condo
Beautifully updated beach condo steps away from the beach! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony at sunrise. Marita the property manger was very helpful prompt and courteous! We would rent there again!

Great condo steps from beach.
