Welcome to 15 South - Unit A — a 2-bedroom Jacksonville Beach apartment that sleeps 4, just 5 blocks from the ocean. At $132/night for up to 4 guests, that's about $33 per person per night. Whether you're planning a family beach week or a couple's getaway, this two-level apartment gives you the space and kitchen you need to settle in — not just crash.

The main level has an open kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, Nutri-bullet blender, and all the basics including salt, pepper, and olive oil. The dining table seats 4. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. A sliding glass door leads out to a private paver patio with custom privacy fencing — a good spot for a summer evening outside.

Both bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen memory foam mattress, luxury cotton linens, and a sound machine. One bedroom has its own TV. The full bathroom and washer/dryer are also on the upper level — helpful for a longer stay when you don't want to over-pack.

A pack-and-play is available for families traveling with a little one.

Five blocks puts you at the ocean in about a 10-minute walk. Eleven South — known for its mesquite grill and fresh sea bass — is a 5-minute walk. Whole Foods is 6 minutes on foot. TacoLu (fish tacos, strong tequila list) and the Jacksonville Beach Pier are both a short 3-4 minute drive. TPC Sawgrass, home of THE PLAYERS Championship, is 13 minutes away.

Free street parking is available directly outside the unit. The BeachBuggy app offers free rides around Jacksonville Beach — worth downloading before you arrive.

Keyless entry lets you check in on your own schedule. High-speed WiFi, beach towels, laundry detergent, full-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all included. Note: the bedrooms and bathroom require climbing a full staircase — not ideal if stairs are a concern.

A refundable security deposit or optional damage waiver may be required. Guests will be given the option to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver prior to check-in.
