Welcome to The Ghost House - Top, a spectacular 5-bedroom oceanview retreat in Jacksonville Beach that sleeps 10 across four levels. This standout property delivers sweeping ocean views from multiple floors, plus a dedicated game room on the top level for group entertainment.

The space spans four levels with thoughtful separation perfect for multi-generational trips. The master suite on the third floor features a king bed, soaking tub, double sinks, and private oceanview patio. Two additional third-floor bedrooms include another king and custom full-size bunk beds. The second floor holds a queen bedroom plus the main living areas, while the fourth floor offers a private queen suite adjacent to the game room - ideal for teenagers or couples wanting their own space.

The fully equipped kitchen handles group meal prep with full-size appliances, Keurig coffee station with complimentary K-cups, and dining space. Multiple outdoor patios provide ocean breezes and grilling areas. In-unit washer and dryer tackle vacation laundry, while premium memory foam mattresses and luxury linens ensure restful nights. Every bedroom includes Roku TVs and USB-equipped sound machines.

You're just 100 yards from the sand and a 5-minute walk to Salt Life Food Shack for casual surf culture dining. Mellow Mushroom's craft pizza sits 5 minutes away, while Refinery Jax Beach offers upscale oceanview dining within a 7-minute stroll. The iconic Jacksonville Beach Pier beckons 12 minutes on foot for fishing and sunset views.

Keyless entry streamlines arrival, and off-street parking accommodates 3 vehicles with additional street parking available. High-speed Xfinity WiFi supports remote work and streaming. Beach towels, kitchen basics, and toiletries come stocked. Note this is a 4-level property requiring stair navigation, and there's light construction activity weekdays 8am-5pm through September 2024.

The house was clean and centrally located to restaurants and things to do. The master bed and bath are even better in person. The Nomad Hospitality Team are quick to respond questions and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable as could be. The beach was just a short walk across the street and both balcony’s had great views. My wife and I spent every morning drinking coffee, talking, and enjoying the weather on the balcony. The upstairs projector was a great place to watch a move. Would recommend this house to a couple looking to get away or a family looking for a great beach vacation.

Perfect Mothers Day Getaway

My mother, my daughter & myself treated ourselves to a relaxing weekend in this glorious home. This house is huge with so much character. We will definitely be back. So close to the beach and shops. My peraonal favorite was the perfect ocean view from MY OWN Personal balcony from my room. Thank you for hosting a great Mothers Day Weekend.

Sailor Homecoming

We traveled to Jacksonville to greet our son home from a 10 month NAVY deployment. He is a Romeo Rescue Swimmer and has been protecting our allies in the Middle East. We absolutely loved staying at this unit! It continued to fascinate us with all the unique design! It has a wonderful modern and antique feel. We would love to stay there again in the future!

Bed Bugs

I am very sad and extremely disappointed in this rental. My 6 year old son (who is autistic) slept on the 2nd floor in the room with bunk beds. Unfortunately, he woke up to bed bug bikes all over his body. We captured video of the bed bugs and blood on the sheets from all of the bites that peirced my son's skins. I contacted Normad Hospitality and the Customer Service was horrible. Then I contacted Vrbo and the Customer Service was moderate. I merged both groups on the call and neither of them could develop a strategy or solution to move my family into another rental, clean our current clothes or help my son---who was allergic to the bed bug bites As of today, we are still charged for the full rental and the new rental that I had to find---which was not at the level I desired for my family vacation. To date, I have not receievd a refund, payment for my sons ER visit, our time, etc. The owner of the property did call, but his level of support seemed to be limited...which was unacceptable.

Excellent Stay.

The house was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the house and the beaches. If we go back to Jacksonville Beach, we would rent this house again. We had 7 adults and 2 children. We were very comfortable and had 1 bedroom we did not need. We loved the gates at the stairs to keep the young children safe.
