Perfection
I cannot say enough about this property. From the booking to the check out - everything was perfect. Donna was quick to supply any and all information needed to make our stay perfect. When we arrived, the unit was clean and neat and everything was just as described. We immediately put our things down that we bought and walked out to the back porch (although I am not sure you could call it that - it was just an extension of the living area) and sat in the chairs and admired the view which was perfect. The first night, we were able to watch the moon rise and we got up early each morning to watch the sunrise. The weather was wonderful - not too hot and not too cold - just perfect. It was almost like we were on a private beach. We had stopped by Publix on the way because, we knew when we got here we would not want to leave so I cannot recommend any eateries. This was a trip for our 38th wedding anniversary - not a "monumental" year but since I am currently being treated for stage 4 breast cancer that is now in my lungs (I went through all the treatment 6 years ago for stage 1 breast cancer and was declared cancer free but it came back one year ago in my lungs), I did not want to waste the celebration. Little bit of downer there but it was the perfect place to be to celebrate an occasion that was special. Thank you Donna for allowing us to enjoy your perfect place. I hope we can come back one day.

Great 3 day stay
We lived in Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and go back a couple times a year to visit friends. We always stay in a condo on the beach in the same area as this one. However, this was our first stay at this particular condo. It was excellent! Very clean, well kept, perfectly furnished and Donna has equipped the unit with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and there are even beach chairs and umbrellas available. Our only difficulty was with the electronic keyboard to enter the unit. I've used those things many times and never encountered one as confusing and loud as that one when it opens. Once you figure out the system, it's pretty easy to use but not intuitive at all. Be patient when you first get there! I used a few words I'm not proud of. Regardless, I would highly recommend this unit and we will certainly be booking it on a future trip.

FANTASTIC PLACE
Thank you for this wonderful place April 7 - April 11, 2023 - fantastic location, very comfortable bed, great linens, loads of extra touches that sets this above many other beach front properties we have stayed in. We will definitely book and stay in this condo again!

Beautiful and relaxing
A wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located on the Oceanside. Amazing sunrises and a beautiful beach for our early morning walks. Spent every evening sitting in the lanai enjoying the sound of the surf looking out at the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine. Highly recommended!!

Brief vacation stay
Everything was wonderful!! Loved the location. The only issues we had was the hallway as getting repainted, new carpet so alot of dust was brought into the condo. And a ceiling fan would have been helpful in the bedroom as it was hotter than the rest of the condo. BUt overall, a wonderful experience.

Glad you loved the location and everything was wonderful. The hallways are complete and everything brand new. Thank you for understanding the circumstances. I did not know about the need for a fan. There is a box fan in the master closet and a rotating fan in the living area. The air conditioner quickly cools or heats to your comfort level and is new. The filters are changed monthly, and the unit is under a maintenance contract. I strife for perfection in cleanliness, comfort, and view. Simply Perfect
This property is perfectly located. Literally 9-10 steps from your sliding glass door to a pier that puts you on the beach. Shopping and great dining nearby. Donna is a superb host who only wants to make sure her guests are happy and well taken care of. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. A comfortable king bed is a huge plus! We loved it!

This is a gem, hostess was so kind to us as we needed to extend our stay twice. The beach view is wonderful and king bed very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and several good restaurants very close by. We hope to be back soon.

Great spot
This is a lovely location right on the beach. The host makes check-in and check-out super easy, and she quickly responds to messages. The patio is lovely with a ceiling fan and glass doors that slide open with screens so you can enjoy the ocean both covered or on the sand. It has easy access to the beach. We struggled not having a ceiling fan in the bedroom because we are used to having it on, but the temperature is perfect so you don’t need it to stay cool. We will stay here again in the future, but will bring a power strip to make plugging in all our electronics easier. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the amazing location.

Last minute getaway...
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, especially being right on the water in just a few steps. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and we took advantage of the kitchen too! Everything was just as described and the check in process was seamless. I love the privacy of this place where it seemed like a home away from home. The back porch is amazing and offers the best views, our weather was perfect and the water was beautiful.

Perfect Mini-Vacay
My husband and I wanted a mini-vacation prior to our large family vacation. It was total relaxation from Thursday till Monday. What a wonderful location just steps from the shoreline! A beautiful enclosed porch (glass and screen) provided the perfect spot to watch the sunrise, have breakfast and evening cocktails. The condo is well stocked for those who like to cook (we do). Also, conveniently located to many great dining locations, seafood market and shopping. A perfect condo for a couple’s vacation.

Great get-away for a couple
Lovely condo, with many thoughtful touches: extra toiletries, beach chairs, and beach towels. The views are beautiful and it's a fairly quiet area of the beach. There are some great restaurants close by. We rented electric bikes and rode on the beach. We're already thinking about when we can go back. Thanks, Donna!

Visiting our Dayghter
We decided, last minute, to take the long weekend to visit our daughter who is interning in the area. Everything in the listing was met and exceeding our expectations! Perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy a little get away and also see our daughter. The beach is literally steps away. The "neighborhood" is quite and the "residents" so very friendly. Everything we needed was there: two beach chairs, two beach towels, well stocked kitchen, small toiletries in bathroom for any forgotten items, a full length mirror in the bedroom, plenty of glassware. We didn't cook in the room, but it appeared to be well stocked for cooking. Our favorite was the porch! We spent the most time there! Our daughter came for the day and did schoolwork (grad school) on the porch with that beautiful view. There is shopping, grocery and restaurants very close by, 5 minutes. But don't overlook driving into Jacksonville to enjoy River and Post's rooftop; we will try the more upscale downstairs on our next visit! Donna is a great host, easy communication and check in/out. Thank you for sharing your lovely beach with us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😎

What a place to relax!
10 feet to the ocean; what more can you ask for? The condo was so comfortable, the patio right there at the ocean, the rest of the accommodations were great, easy to get around neighborhood too! What can I say about Donna --- let's see it would take me longer than anyone reading this. She was so friendly, understanding of any of my needs, rushed right over when I called, nothing major though. Responded to me the day I left to wish me well on my journey home.. Who does that? Perfect Beach Condo
This was one of the best vacation beach rentals we’ve ever experienced! The condo was even better than the pictures. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything you could want for a beach vacation. Our favorite spot was the huge screen porch where we spent most of our time, watching and listening to the surf. We especially appreciated the large bedroom with a big closet and dresser and space to spread out. Our communication with the host was superb. Donna provided detailed instructions on check in and check out and responded to messages within minutes. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay! Perfect weather, clean and uncrowded beach right outside our door. We will surely be back.

Can't get much closer than this to the beach!
The Retreat is a clean, comfortable, and cozy unit in a safe location convenient to restaurants, shopping, and Sawgrass. The quiet beach is perfect for walks and collecting shells. Donna is a very responsive, accommodating, and caring host. What a relaxing getaway to PVB!

We've stayed at many beachfront VRBO's, but none have been closer to the beach than this one. Very relaxing to sit in porch watching and listening to ocean. Beautiful View
Very comfortable condo right on the uncrowded beach. Open the lanai doors and just enjoy the sound of the waves, or step out for a morning walk. Responsive and attentive owner. Quiet location and parking right out the front door. You won’t want to leave, but St. Augustine is just down the road for a day trip. Sit back and relax!

GEM....!!!!!
We were traveling up from Melbourne Beach for funeral and wanted to stop for a couple days early 30th anniversary before heading back to Ohio. BEFORE we even checked in the communication with Donna was beyond expectations!! I am a very picky vacationer and Donna not only answered all questions but delivered!! Not to mention I am a Realtor so my expectations were high. Her condo is not only beautiful with breathtaking ocean views literally right outside your door, but the furnishings were like new, the bed was amazingly comfortable and soft sheets and super CLEAN!! I think this was the first time every that I didn't use my own blanket on the bed and slept like a baby! The Adirondack high height chairs and table on the patio was my favorite place morning with with a cup of Joe and in the evening with a favorite beverage!! We usually vacation on the Gulf Side but since we were already on the Atlantic side just wanted to decompress for a couple days before heading home... I can tell you WE WILL BE BACK! ONLY if this condo is available! The area is beautiful and you feel like a "resident" vs a "guest". Our 41 hours (who's counting ... I did ugh) was NOT enough! Thank you Donna for providing such a wonderful condo and for being, I can assure you, the BEST hostess you will ever find!!! Michelle & Bob

Amazing Place
This property will always be special to us. It was the beautiful place she said "Yes" I could not have asked for a better place. The home was amazing, The view is Phenomenal. We loved the back enclosed patio, being able to sit and hear the Ocean was amazing. The house is close to amenities, but still quiet. The easy access to the beach makes this place perfect. Peaceful Retreat
The condo was extremely clean. I’m almost 70 so being on the first floor with easy access to the beach made my stay convenient. The lanai was the perfect place to rest, read and drink a cup of coffee. The beach was not crowded and perfect for long walks. Donna was easy to reach and responded promptly when contacted. I hope to return as often as possible.

The BEST!!
My husband and I celebrated our 36th anniversary with a quick 3 night getaway and chose this condo! It was THE BEST! The beach is literally about 35 feet from the porch (which, by the way, is so cool because you can either keep the living area doors opened to include the porch area as part of the living area and close the porch doors OR close the porch off from the living area, if that makes sense) anyway, you just open the gate right outside the porch and take just a few steps to the beach access walkway! We loved leaving both sets of doors opened so we could just relax and listen to the waves! The area was very quiet and at times we felt like we were on our own private beach! The condo has everything we could have needed and Donna was the very best hostess!! She was so great about responding to any questions really quickly before our trip as well as while we were there! We highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back!! Thank you Donna for sharing your condo with us! It was a perfect weekend! ❤️🏖

Perfect in every way!
Can’t say enough about what a wonderful condo this was. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The location was only steps from the beach. It was in excellent condition and extremely well maintained. It has everything and more you would ever need for a great vacation. Donna made communication very easy and was so responsive. She is an excellent host and we appreciate the exception condo she provided. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Perfection
I love everything about this space. It’s perfect for unplugging for a few days & enjoying the tranquility the beach brings. It’s got everything you need, is spotless and so comfortable. Donna went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t need anything and she has done an amazing job of making this condo warm and inviting from the time you walk in.

This beach front condo has a spectacular ocean view, beach, and a wonderful caring host/owner Donna that we had the pleasure of meeting. The condo is beautiful inside and out providing everything you can possibly need for a truly relaxing stay. We were so happy to stay here and can’t wait to go back!

Excellent!
This condo was everything it was advertised to be. The owner was very nice and on top of everything. The view of the ocean was amazing, as was the beach access. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Truly a very nice rental and i will certainly rent it again.

Fantastic Return Visit
My daughter and I enjoyed a second visit to this beautiful oceanfront condo and will hope next year we can enjoy yet another mother/daughter week together. The condo is fully equipped for an easy and fun time at the beach. Always lovely communication with the owner. Everything is "ship shape"!

A Slice of Heaven
From the moment I met Donna, the day of my parents arrival, I knew this place was going to be ‘A Gift’. Check-in was seamless as Donna takes care to make her guest feel welcome. Her light and love are present in the detail…I noticed! Each day of my parents stay was a ‘best day ever’. We remain forever grateful for the memories. You will leave changed…in a good way!
