Absolutely the perfect location; convenient to shops and restaurants, and direct access to the beach which we loved! Deanna was so accommodating to get the space cleaned early for us to do an early check in and we really appreciated it! Great stay!!

Lovely beach house!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The location is amazing and we loved the short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed both cooking in and dining out. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Thank you!

2025 Family Vacation

This duplex was the nicest we have stayed in! We have taken family vacations to various beaches in NC for 5 years now and this place was exactly what we have been looking for! Deanna was so responsive and friendily. We received information about the house timely and were very informed. The house was well stocked and SO CLEAN! I have high standards for cleanliness and this was perfect! Beautiful furniture and well maintained. Being right on the beach was great and the walk out was not far at all and again, well maintained. This was perfect for our family of 4. We did wish there was one more bathroom, but we made it work for the week with no issues. The view was beautiful! We will definitely stay again!

The location of the rental was great! We were just steps from the beach! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The only concern I had is that the balconies are not private. The dividing wall is only a half wall.

We had an incredible stay! The house has everything you could need. It feels very private and secluded, but is only 10min away from bars, restaurants and shopping. We spent hours on the top deck(covered by a porch roof) enjoying the surf and surroundings. The fishing from the beach is outstanding. By happenstance, we met Deanna while we were there. Her first two questions were "Are you enjoying your stay?" and "Is there anything you need?" Great house, great host!

The surf surfs up get away

The property was ok. I was a bit disappointed to find out that the shared decks on both levels are not fully partitioned, which made having a 2 year old there awkward. We bought a baby gate for the upper deck that worked ok. There also doesn't seem to be a central air unit at the property, instead it is cooled with mini splits so the inside stayed pretty damp due to lack of circulation. All in all I would give three stars.

Beautiful views

This property has beautiful views of the beach and ocean. It's a smaller space ideal for a couple or young family. Visited with my husband and 18 year old daughter. Having one small bathroom for the three of us to share proved to be challenging, but we made it work. Highly recommend stopping by Celtic Creamery for the best ice cream!

Perfect Vacation

Very clean house. Great location on the beach. Very friendly owner. She gave us a call to let us know we could check in early if we were in town waiting. Two things I missed a full length mirror and a chaise lounge on deck. But this didn’t have any effect on our vacation. Perfect week of weather. Perfect spot.

Relaxing week at a great place!

We had a great week at this property. It was perfect for myself, husband, and our son. It is exactly as pictured and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and had anything we needed for cooking meals everyday. The beach access is so simple and we enjoyed the view from the upstairs deck. The beach was wonderful and not crowded whatsoever. Deanna was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. I would stay here again if I returned to North Topsail Beach.

Beach week

I think the TV in the main room needs to be lowered about a foot and a half because everybody has to tilt their head way back to see it😊 also a little bigger couch possibly an L-shaped one to make the living area a little more comfortable to relax in at night. Very nice accommodations and it’s wonderful to have oceanfront.

First vacation in 8 years

This was the first week long vacation I’ve taken since 2015 and it was wonderful! My favorite spot was the top deck in the rocking chair. Beautiful view of the ocean, moon and stars! The house was clean with all of the amenities I needed. I would love to come back and stay again.
