Great first trip to Costa Rica
We had an amazing stay at Mark's lovely condo in the Los Suenos resort. Keylor and Larry w/Costa Rica Dreammakers (property management company) were super helpful before & during the stay, especially w/booking a fishing charter (best way to ensure you aren't taken advantage of by the "deals" down at the beach area), renting a golf cart and car, & airport transportation to & from the condo. The photos on the listing really don't do it justice. Everything was clean & comfortable, with plenty of towels and almost everything in way of kitchen-ware (the only thing we didn't see/find was a baking sheet). The balcony views in the AM (macaws & many other native birds) & sunset views in the evening were breathtaking. (Hint - you can get the best sunset pics from the grassy area between the closest pool & golf course - also fun to watch the egrets fly in & hang out in a tree as the sky turns pink, red, or orange, depending on the day.) I definitely recommend this resort for a first trip to CR. The Beach Club is beautiful w/good food - but beware of the drink prices, which are not advertised (they charged me for each part of a paloma bringing a 12 ounce drink to almost $20). Jaco isn't too far (you will need a car) & the mid-week Farmer's Market is a must for the best produce, eggs, & meats. The grocery stores in Jaco have better prices also - though next trip we will rent the car in San Jose & shop there before heading to the beach. All in all, great stay and hope to return soon!

Perfect Spot
My husband and my young adult children ages 18, 20, and 22 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo had a really great flow and excellent view. Macaws visited outside every morning! The communication before and during our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Very nice condo
Beautiful condo and property and very close to many amenities and activities. We saw macaws from our balcony every morning and some evenings. Only downside is that you MUST drive to get on the beach, either to the Beach Club or out of the property and to the public beach. There is NO way to access the beach by foot and we saw several families walking around trying to figure it out too.

The developer for safety reasons created a waterway in front of our properties to prevent people from the public beach from accessing our gated community. Our HOA is trying to open a secured opening to the beach from the side street, but at this time the project has not been approved and funded. Hopefully on your return visit the access to the beach will be much more easier for you. Thank you again.

Perfect Getaway!!
Our family of 4 was so comfortable in this condo! It was better than described! Great communication with the owner before our stay. Wonderful help and communication from the property management to help schedule golf cart and excursions. Super fast and easy check in. The condo was SO clean, beds were comfy and great sheets and towels! The view was AMAZING! Being so close to the resort and restaurants was so nice! Everything was perfect!!! We are already planning our next trip!

Fun Stay
We had a great stay. We debated staying in Jaco v. Los Suenos. I am so glad we choose Los Suenos. It has 4 nice restaurants and is beautifully maintained. Jaco is a bit junky. We took a surfing lesson there and spent the day shopping. If you do not rent a car, I would highly recommend a golf cart. You need the golf cart to get to the club, restaurants, and grocery store. I also recommend taking the golf cart up the beach in front of the condo to watch the sunset. You cannot reach the beach from the condo. You have to leave the development and drive up to the beach. There are several restaurants along the beach too. I wish there were chairs in the condo to take up to the beach. Ceazar, the property manager, did a great job. They can help you with excursions, taxis to the airport, and almost anything else you need.

Bay residence 8A Parfait
Ma famille et moi avons adoré notre séjour dans le condo de Mark. Tous le processus de réservation et de communication a été facile. Le condo est parfait. Il est chaleureux et confortable. J’ai réservé ce condo car sur les photos je trouvais que le balcon semblait confortable avec la vue et les fauteuils extérieur. C’est effectivement le cas, nous avons adoré le temps passé sur ce magnifique balcon vue sur la mer. Je conseille fortement de réserver un kart de golf c’est plus facile et très agréable. Et que dire de la pêche !! Mon conjoint a péché des espèces qu’il souhaitait depuis longtemps. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitudeLos Suenos est un resort très chic, très bien entretenu. Il y a des jardiniers partout qui entretiennent les jardins, C’est luxuriant et magnifique .La piscine est très belle également, très bien entretenu. 5 restaurants sur le resort qui sont très bon. Une petite épicerie qui a beaucoup de choix. Un gros merci

Nice condo, great views, perfect for our family
This condo was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family. Best part was waking up with the sound of the waves and watching the macaws and toucans that visited the trees in front of the balcony. Mark (owner) was very responsive and great at making sure we had everything we need (thank you). Beach club is nice and became our favorite place to eat lunch. Marco does a great job running the place. We highly recommend a golf cart as it is the best way to get around Los Suenos.

Los Suenos is the place to be
We spent a week here and really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and there were no surprises. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you need. Nice appliances throughout. Mark was easy to communicate with. The resort is beautiful with immaculate landscaping. We felt safe and secure at all times. Our first experience with VRBO and it was a good one. Thanks!

Rental was just as great as it appeared online. The location was perfect...views of the beautiful pool, golf course, and Pacific with the most splendid sunsets...all rolled into one. Paradise in Lose Suenos
We loved staying at this condo in Los Suenos. We've stayed at many others in the Del Mar area, and this location exceeded all of our expectations. We loved being very close to the water each morning, and the size and privacy of this condo was perfect. The condo was very clean and nicely organized, and the beds were very comfortable. Los Suenos is Beautiful
My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Mark’s villa in Los Suenos. Beautiful view and very comfortable. All beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Property Management company was extremely helpful with everything. Helped us plan tours, rent a car, recommended restaurants and hidden beaches. At Los Suenos we enjoyed the beach, restaurants, pool and tennis.

Perfect stay
Mark’s place was perfect for our family of 6- (including 2 teenagers and 2 grandparents). The condo is just as pictured with beautiful ocean views from the balcony. The use of the Marriott amenities was a huge advantage to staying there, although you must have a golf cart or car to utilize them. The owner was very responsive and helpful before and during the trip with tips and suggestions.

Excellent location--Perfect for family or couples
The location of the unit is truly ideal. It is close to everything and there is a beautiful view from every room! You can hear the ocean and bird watch from the balcony while sipping coffee or enjoying an al fresco breakfast. The high ceilings and large windows make it airy and grand. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is well maintained. It is spacious enough for six adults (third bedroom has twin beds, but they can be put together easily). The bathrooms are large, clean and very comfortable--great water pressure! Other than wishing the unit included more pool/beach towels and the kitchen was better equipped with updated cookware and perhaps refillable cups and cooler one could take to the pool, the unit has everything you need. We definitely plan to return! Mark, the owner, was informative and responsive. We had an unforgettable vacation! Don't think twice about booking--you won't regret it! PS - I recommend renting a golf cart or car to get around. Due to the layout of the property, you need transportation to get to the marina, Beach Club, shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Magical!!
Perfect!! Everything was absolutely wonderful. Coffee on the balcony listening to the waves and birds was very relaxing. My only problem was I couldn't stay longer. We will be back!!!

Great view
Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at this unit, March 13-20. The view of the water from the balcony is outstanding. You can look over a garden area and then the beach--perfect for morning coffee and bird watching. The unit is not luxurious but perfectly adequate, clean and nice. Kitchen is perfectly stocked with all the necessities and plenty spacious for a family to use on a week long vacation. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. No bath tub but showers were nice. The location in the resort is relatively far from the marina and beach club. That can be a pro or con, depending on your activities. I liked the location because it was quiet. The closer you are to the beach club and marina the more noise and traffic you will encounter. Of course, I would highly recommend renting a golf cart or car for this trip, so with that said, everything is super close to the unit. Jaco Beach is nearby and we spent much of our time there for surfing and beach time. The beach at Los Suenos is not great to swim at but looking at it is very nice. Jaco Beach is great for swimming and surfing.

Excellent Condo
We stayed here for 5 nights in March. Really enjoyed the condo. Great view from the large wrap-around porch. Interior is nice as well, both roomy and well furnished. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and excellent place!
This was an excellent place to stay at Los Sueños! The view, comfort, amenities, cleaningless, location, security and the variety of restaurants on site were tokens to the everyday sunsets that our family experienced! La propiedad es súper bonita, el condo es ampli, bien cuidado, frente al mar, lo recomiendo
La estancia fue buena, el condo es súper bonito, bien cuidado, con vista al mar y al campo de golf. Muy recomendado la verdad. Lo único que talvez hay que corregir un poco es el trato al cliente de parte de el supuesto "gerente". De la empresa encargada de mantenimiento y de realizar él check in a los inquilinos. Hubo una experiencia poco grata en ese sentido. Por lo demás, el condo lo recomiendo 100%

Beautiful place, quiet and clean.
The condo was wonderful. We spent most of our time on the wrap-around deck staring at the ocean, mountains and manicured grounds. Absolutely beautiful. The access to the Ocean Club was great and we spent the rest of our time there. The condo is set up with everything you need and there is a ton of space for you and your family. We rented a golf cart to get around in which was really nice too. Mark was extremely responsive to all our needs and is a great owner. Thank you Mark.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our 6 days at Los Suenos. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Nearest swimming pool 20 metres away. The Beach club was great; we wwere there every day. Good location to explore Carara National Park (20 mins) and Manuel Antonio NP (90 mins). Management company was exceptional, and resolved any issue very quickly and arranged for a left item at Manuel Antonio to be brought to the resort.

The property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained and the view is phenomenal.
We stayed for the weekend at the condo and wish we had booked for longer. The views are stunning, the property is well maintained and we found everything we needed. We have been going to Los Suenos for many years and enjoyed staying in Bay Residence. Mark the owner was very helpful and checking in and out was effortless.The condo was very accommodating for our family and the views were outstanding. My wife and I rented Mark's condo from Jan 18-Jan 25 2018. The condo was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. It is as it appears on the VRBO website and we would definitely rent it again and try to stay longer.
